1 Political Factors

Our tour towards sustainable and long-term values associated with the historical value of the nation This is expressed through the history of the Temple of Literature, the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long and the legend of Hoan Kiem lake In addition, the state has policies to develop tourism and special national tourist sites such as organizing talks

on "Preserving and promoting the value of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam monument" taking place in Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam in February 2013.

2 Economic Factors

Coming to the Temple of Literature, the number of tourists is stable year-round, rising high in the beginning of the year and May each year due to the spiritual belief of each Vietnamese on the ceremony and before each exam.

With many activities taking place at Hoan Kiem Lake - Walking Street, the amount of domestic and foreign tourists coming to the old town also increased on weekends and holidays.

universities; held a 44-year exhibition on the liberation of the South in the imperial citadel of the long ladder, the cherry blossom festival held at Ly Thai To Street next to Hoan Kiem Lake Attractive activities regularly take place attracting many domestic and foreign tourists to visit.

3 Sociocultural Factors

Our tour is aimed at three values of each tourist destination that are historical values, landscape values and values of Vietnamese people Firstly, the historical value of each tourist destination goes through each epic historical period of the nation as demonstrated

at each tourist destination in the tour such as the studious tradition of the nation and the tradition of love country against invaders Secondly, the landscape value is expressed through ancient architecture, the environment is kept clean and well cared for and annual activities take place at each tourist destination in the tour Lastly, the value of Vietnamese people is expressed through behavior, communication and welcoming international friends However, there is a drawback here: the peddler is more expensive than it actually

is, so tourists need to learn some bargaining skills when buying goods.

For tourism development of the Temple of Literature, we should set up an official

website for the Temple of Literature to post pictures and information about the Temple of Literature and its long history.

maintenance of peace, security and environmental sanitation at tourist destinations,

prevent society’s vices, eliminate the price gouging

A good way to get more traffic to the website of these destinations is to create a blog

section on the site and make sure it is updated regularly Conduct interviews with locals

and post the interviews on the blog, or do a post on the best activities to do in these places based on the season.

Create a Facebook page and post something every day Creating a Facebook

page is easier to do than building a website and allows you to make friends

quickly Posting a new image of the places or a few words about an upcoming

Start a Youtube page Youtube is another great way to promote these destinations

and attract more tourists Keep the page professional and use easy to search terms

be promotional Ao dai, t-shirts, hats, stickers, and flags with the

photos; rental for filming

 Collaborations: combined with social organizations and authorities, organized

competitions to learn about tourist destination; get the attention of tourists by offering them a free incentive to explore the destinations Create a scavenger hunt
