8.1 New contributions in termsof academic and theories
The thesis contributes more knowledge on Ho Chi Minh studies, as well as scientifically and logically clarifies Ho Chi Minh's ideology about political theoretical education; it also points out specific characteristics of political theoretical education in institutes and colleges of military techniques, so that, provides a system of solutions for totally and synchronously reforming in order to increase the quality and the effectiveness of political theoretical education for long term students in institutes and colleges of military techniques at present
8.2 New finding have been drawn from research and surveys
The thesis confirms the meaning and longevity value of Ho Chi Minh's ideology on political theoretical education; the position, roles, the importance of political theoretical education in institutes and colleges of military technique in particular and in the army in general; it provides scientific arguments for the executive committee, commanders of institutes and colleges of military techniques in leading, conducting,managing activities of planning, performing contents relating to reforming activities in order to increase the quality of politicaltheoretical education in the future
Results of this thesis would be used to add and enrich reference documents relating to supporting to activities of studying, researching, teaching, and communicating about Ho Chi Minh; and contributes to an increase in the quality of political theoretical education for students in institutes and colleges of military techniques,as well as references for political theoretical education inside or outside the military institutions
