Whether people had better stay in the same kind

of job in their lifetime or they should change their work causes a heated debate It comes to my

mind that each of the views has its own sensible reasons

On the one hand, there are a few reasons why it may be a good idea for people to change jobs

The first is that when people just finish their

graduation from universities, they do not have

much experience; therefore, working temporarily for an organization is regarded as a positive

solution to gain more practical skills The second

is that the career path may not always be as good

as expected To be more specific, in spite of a lot

of efforts, if workers find it difficult to adapt to their current working environment, looking for another profession is an optimistic strategy for promotion

On the other hand, staying in the same work for a long time may not be a bad idea for various points First of all, those who have had a stable position

at an organization can have many opportunities for promotion This is because the more time they spend devoting themselves to the company, the more easily they will be taken into consideration for a higher position with better remuneration In addition, working for the same company can assist

in employees in maintaining the good relationship with their colleagues, which can facilitate their
