8.1 New contributions in terms of academic and thories
The dissertation contributes to the clarification of Ho Chi Minh's thought system on the Mass mobilization, affirming the comprehensiveness, depth and vitality
of Ho Chi Minh thought; point out the importance of Mass mobilization among the Khmer people in the Southwestern region, at the same time propose basic solutions to improve the quality of the work of Mass mobilization Khmer people in the Southwest according to Ho Chi Minh thought in the near future
8.2 New points drawn from research and survey results
The dissertation affirms the theoretical and practical value of Mass mobilization according to Ho Chi Minh thought; role of Mass mobilization among the Khmer people in the Southwest region today The dissertation research results can be used as references for studying, teaching, propagating and educating Ho Chi Minh thought on Mass mobilization in the political school system of provinces and cities; political centers in districts, towns and cities; are documents to help officials, party members, organizations refer to, innovate and improve the quality of Mass mobilization among ethnic minorities in general, and the Mass mobilization among Khmer ethnic minority people in the Southwest region in particular
The dissertation helps Party committees and authorities of localities with many Khmer ethnic minorities to recognize the role of Mass mobilization; At the same time, it is a reliable and scientific basis for the leaders of the Southwestern region to formulate policies, programs and plans related to the Mass mobilization among Khmer ethnic people
