I. Mụcđích/ The purpose:
- Đảm bảo an ninh cho hàng hóa và các nước nhập khẩu

- Để đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng những quy định về C-TPAT.

IV. Nội dung quy trình/ Process contents:
1 Nhân viên an ninh và nhân viên bảo vệ của nhà máy sẽ chịu trách nhiệm giám sát về an ninh hàng hóa và con người tại nhà máy Giám sát, theo dõi khu vực xuất hàng đóng gói hàng thành phẩm, khu vực chất hàng lên container/ xe tải
Trang 2The facility’s security staffs and security guards are responsible of monitoring the cargo and personnel security.Finishing goods packing and loading to container/truck areas must be monitored and tracked.
2 Nhân viên xuất nhập khẩu của công ty sẽ chịu trách nhiệm về an toàn cho hàng hóa từ công
ty đến cảng, áp tải hàng hóa trong quá trình trung chuyển hàng hóa ra cảng, thông quan hàng hóa an toàn tại cảng
Import-Export personnel are responsible for the goodsecurity from facility to the port and cargo escorted to the port of transshipment and customs clearance at the port safely.
3 Trong quá trình vận chuyển nếu có dấu hiệu bất thường như: tài xế cho người quá giang, dừng xe ở những khu vực vắng vẻ, mở cửa xe, gặp gỡ những người đáng nghi… nhân viên xuất nhập khẩu nhanh chóng gọi điện thoại thông báo chính xác vấn đề xảy ra với nhân viên hải quan để nhân viên hải quan tạm dừng việc làm thủ tục thông quan cho xe hàng bị nghi ngờ Đồng thời, nhân viên xuất nhập khẩu thông báo cho trưởng bộ phận Xuất Nhập khẩu của công ty về sự cố xảy ra
During transportation, if any abnormal signs such as hitchhiker, stop the car in a deserted area, opened the door, meet suspicious people… import-export personnel must immediately report by calling to customs staff the exact details, customs staff will delay the clearance procedure for suspected goods.At the same time, Import-Export personnel inform an incident
to company Import-Export manager.
4 Nội dung báo cáo/ Incident reporting contents:
a. Báo cáo với Hải quan/ Nhà nhập khẩu/ Consolidator incident reporting must be include:
- Người báo cáo/ Reporter name
- Phân loại sự cố ( nghiêm trọng/ không nghiêm trọng)/ Type of incident ( Severe/ Non-Severe incidents)
- Thời gian xảy ra sự cố/ Time of incident
- Địa điểm xảy ra sự cố/ Location of incident
- Lộ trình của container/ Current location of container
- Nội dung sự cố/ Incident details
- Ảnh hưởng của sự cố đến người hoặc tài sản/ Injury to person or property

b Báo cáo nội bộ/ Internal incident reporting must be include:
- Người báo cáo/ Reporter name
- Sự cố xảy ra/ Incident issue
- Thời gian xảy ra sự cố/ Date/time of incident
- Địa điểm xảy ra sự cố/ Where incident took place
- Sự cố đó được xử lý như thế nào/ How was the incident resolved
5 Khi xe hàng bị nghi ngờ đến cảng, nhân viên xuất nhập khẩu của công ty kết hợp với nhân viên hải quan tiến hành kiểm tra và lập biên bản xác nhận hiện trạng của hàng hóa trước khi cho thông quan
When suspected vehicle coming, the facility im-export personnel combine with customs officials inspect and make records to confirm the status of goods before customs clearance.
Nhà máy cam kết thực hiện tốt, chặt chẽ các quy định an ninh để đảm bảo an ninh an toàn cho hàng hóa, cho các nước nhập khẩu, vì vậy sẽ kip thời xử lý nghiêm những trường hợp vi phạm an ninh
