Internet has created a whole new atmosphere in the business world, with both theadvantages and challenges In Vietnam, the business environment is increasinglycompetitive, the enterprise which early make improvements in management throughthe application of ICT is regarded as possessing tools to compete effectively

Management business process is once "digitized" will significantly help tobusinesses in saving costs, time and personnel Therefore, more and more small andmedium enterprises (SMEs) apply information technology solutions (IT) incompany management , considered as a means to increase competitive advantagesand maximize profits

1 The Formation and Development

Adress: Km 42 + 600, Highway 5A, Lai Cach Town, Cam Giang district., Hai Duong province, Vietnam

Hung Dung Ltd Company - called HD for short, established in 1998, is anenterprise specializing in design, manufacture, sale and machining (outsourcing)OEM, ODM electricals, electronics with high-technology orientation The companyhas launched many consumer products are trusted and used as electric motorcycles,electric lighting with the HD brand, Konson Hung Dung's products are assembled

by components of the electronics companies and is world renowned qualitymanagement standard ISO 9001:2008

The company is located on the high road 5A- connecting Hanoi - Hai Quang Ninh, in the triangle economic development in the North VN The companyhas currently 1,500 M2 factories, offices and warehouses in the area of 17,000 m2campus is planning to build factories 4000m2 and 1500m2 warehouse operators andfunctions

Production capacity: the current market offers millions of products / year Thereare R & D research and offer new products to meet the future development direction

of the company is: "Integration of Abilities and international level"

At present, the company's products have earned the reputation of consumersnationwide through a network of wholesale distributors nationwide The companyhas branches in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

After years of trying, HD has received several patents, awards, certificates ofISO9001 and the trust of consumers and customers

Hung Dung Company is oriented to develop into electronics company withmanufacturing high-tech products in the field of civil and industrial

3 The organizational structure

The organisational structure of the company consists of several parts which

have close relationship with others Those parts are divided into many levels of

management with different functions and powers

The director chooses functional structure for the company Fuctional structure

puts all the human and informational resources necessary for a single activity in one

place This is very suitable for a small company like Hung Dung by maximizing

performance of company The company will facilitate sharing of valuable expertise

by superiors with their subordinates Specialized training and involved management

4 Main business

Products of HD have been sold all over Vietnam:

- Electric Parts Motobikes ( HD, Omoto brand): C.D.I units, regulators,ignition coils, flashers, start relays

- Lighting Equipment ( Konson brand): Electronic Ballast, Lighting fixture (T8, T5), auto lamps

- Power supplies (Konson brand) : AC-DC switching supplies, DC-ACinverter, UPS

- Smart devices (Konson brand): The controller of lamps, of fans, rollingdoor, the alarm

HD is also the authorized distributor of products:

- Caltex lubricant (USA) used for industry, automobiles and motorcycles

- Bearings NSK (Japan) used in industrial, automotive, motorcycles

- Active ingredients protect the engine EXTRA POWERLUBE (Thailand)for cars and motorcycles

- Motorcycle chain TKR, Taiyo (Malaysia) for motorcycles

Comment: The result of the production and business activities of HD company

illutrated net profit in 2013 compared to 2012 is more 1,128 billions correspondingwith 175.8% growth rate The figure showed the significant progress and thecapability of stable development of HD Company in the next years

1 Introduction to Google Apps for business

Google Apps for Business is a service from Google that provides independently

customizable versions of several Google products using a domain name provided bythe customer It features several Web applications with similar functionality totraditional officesuites,including Gmail, Hangouts, GoogleCalendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides,Groups,News, Play, Sites, and Vault It was the vision of Rajen Sheth,

a Google employee who later developed Chromebooks

Google Apps for Business is free for 30 days, US$5 per user account a monththereafter, or $50 per user, per year Google Apps for Education and Google Appsfor Non-profits are free and offer the same amount of storage as Google Apps forBusiness accounts

In addition to shared apps (calendar, docs, etc.), Google provides Google AppsMarketplace, an app store for Google Apps users It contains various apps, both freeand paid, which can be installed to customize the Google Apps for Businessexperience for the user

Google Apps is available in several editions Each edition has a limit for the number

of individual user accounts that may be created Google Apps launched with adefault user allotment of 200 users in the standard (free) edition, which was shortlychanged to 100 users In addition, users could request to have their user limitincreased through a manual process taking (at least) 1–2 weeks for approval In

January 2009, the cap was changed so that all new accounts would receive only 50users as opposed to 100, and could not request more without payment This wasconfirmed as relating to the launch of the Google Apps commercial resellerprogram Existing Standard Edition users before January 2009 kept their oldallocation, in addition to the ability to "request" more users, though these limitrequests are now commonly answered with suggestions to "upgrade yoursubscription".In 2011, the limit on the free Google Apps product was furtherreduced to 10 users, effective for new users On December 6, 2012, Google decided

to discontinue Google Apps Free Edition (Standard Edition) New businesscustomers will be redirected to register for Google Apps Business Edition whileexisting Google Apps Standard Edition accounts will continue to be operational.The subscription level of a Google Apps edition is billed based on the total number

of available users in the Apps account, and the edition features apply to all useraccounts in that subscription It is not possible to purchase upgrades for a subset ofusers: to increase the user limit, subscriptions must be purchased for all accounts.For example, an upgrade from a "Standard" limit of 50 users to allow up to 60 userswould involve paying for 60 users, whether they are used or not

2.1.1 About Google Drive

Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service provided

by Google, released on April 24, 2012, which enables user cloud storage, filesharing and collaborative editing Rumors about Google Drive began circulating asearly as March 2006 Files shared publicly on Google Drive can be searchedwith web search engines As of June 2014, Google Drive had 190 million monthlyactive users

Google Drive is the home of Google Docs, an office suite of productivityapplications, that offer collaborative editing on documents, spreadsheets,presentations, drawings, forms, and more

2.1.2 The reason HD Company uses Google Drive

HD Ltd, Company realize Google Drive is really useful for event andassociation professionals in their work:

 Cost-effective storage

HD Company plans to use cloud computing services for some limited functionsand data storage, Google Drive offers a free alternative up to five gigabytes ofcloud-based storage for free Drive offers an additional 25 GB for only $2.49 permonth The 5 GB of allocated space is much larger than the best offerings currently

on the cloud computing leader - Dropbox begins charging for data storage after just

2 GB This cost is totally reasonable for HD Company

 Speed of use

Google’s Drive features much faster file synchronizing times, reducing the time

it takes for cloud-stored files to be synched with offline files This is an importantfunction provided by the cloud, and a slow sync speed will essentially put thebrakes on your other cloud-based tasks This feature really helps HD save time inoperation and work fluently

 Application across multiple platforms

Both Mac and Windows operating systems can use Google Drive, andapplications on smartphone for the iOs and Android are making Drive more flexibleand versatile So from the Director to staffs of HD can access their work anywhere,anytime as well as upload and share files for each other
