However, if children watch TV a lot with unsuitable programs, it is bad for them

Firstly, Music can do great things for your mood It will make you dive into a party of feelings: happy, sad, determined, focused, romantic Music has a powerful strength and can change our souls, feelings and mind so fast For example, when you feel tired and stressed at work, you just need listen to good songs and it will make you more active and help improve your concentration and memory

Secondly, Music plays a very important role in bringing people together You join a party or a festival with different people who you did not know before and you hear a beautiful song there Everyone will have the same feelings and understand the same message which the song expresses so that people can attend and enjoy together in the same language through music

Secondly, it is so comfortable for people to have meals at home They do not need to wear beautiful clothes to eat, they can talk any things even laugh loudly without fear of people around them They feel more relaxed and can watch films, listen to music or do other things when they are eating Moreover, they can prepare their favorite food anytime they want

These days, in some nations, people are prohibited to smoke in many public places and office buildings From my point of view, I totally agree with this idea because of some following reasons

Firstly, smoking keeps a certain time of people from their works, thus they are difficult in focusing on their duties when cravings from cigarettes come By being restricted smoking at offices, productivity at work will be increased and staff also save an amount of money from reducing smoking

Secondly, it’s not only the cigarette smoke that causes negative impacts on people and the environment but also the cigarette butt and other wastes released during the entire production process of cigarettes The toxic substances from cigarette factories remain into soils and waterways causing soil and water pollution at surrounding areas respectively

In conclusion, I strongly believe that the government should set rules in operating cigarette factories and more office buildings need make regulations in smoking to help people have a healthy environment
