1 Checking and confirming process is suitable or not.

2 Wire cutting instruction must be based on cutting

length and terminal crimping instruction card.

3 Crimping terminal into electric wire process is

instruction on the wire cutting card.

4 Joining wire process is instructed on the joiting wire diagram at the instructed position (one side and

intermediate joint).

5 Inserting terminal into housing process following

Production Process:

1 Quy trình kiểm tra và xác nhận thì có phù hợp hay không

2 Hướng dẫn cắt dây phải được dựa trên việc cắt chiều dài

và thẻ hướng dẫn dập terminal.

3 Quy trình dập terminal vào dây điện thì hướng dẫn trên tấm cắt dây.

4 Quá trình làm dây thì được hướng dẫn trên biểu đồ dây tại

vị trí hướng dẫn (một bên và giữa mối nối).

5 Quá trình lắp terminal vào housing theo sự hướng dẫn.

6 Làm dây và sửa linh kiện trên bảng lắp ráp theo hướng dẫn 7Lắp kết nối vào cụm dây và kiểm tra dòng mạch điện.

8 Kiểm tra hình dạng bên ngoài và xác nhận qui trình của w/h.

* Check crimping strength (check pulling force)

1 Wire Barrel It covers elecric wire part.It funtion is to conduct electricity between

terminal and wire,it is very imprtant so that the operator must pay attention to this job.

2 Serration Is slotted on the wire Barrel.

3 Insulation Barrel It function is to hold electric wire of wire barrel and keep safety from

impacting.

4 Mating part Is the contact par with terminal

5 Spring tongue It function is to push tab part of male terminal down when combine to

each other.

6 Lance hold When inserting terminal into housing,emerged part is kept inside of

housing The position for lance located in lance hold.

7 Lance It is used as a lock part so that the terminal won’t slip out after having

been inserting into housing.

8 Transition Is a joint part between mating part and wire barrel.

9 Tab gap Is a hole on female terminal,Is the position to hole the mating part of

male terminal.

This position is very important to keep good conduction.

10 Mating part Is a flat part at the head of terminal

11 Shoulder It is used to stabilize terminal after being crimped into electrical wire.
