an important factor, as the bridge to exchange between the components of the global society and all of the problem
Along with this, the e-commerce sector has also become a very strong growth,
it promotes the service industry across the world, and it plays very important for developing countries E-commerce is the key to open the gate to the knowledge economy
In Vietnam, in recent years the field of information technology and e-commerce is widely used in most businesses, government The fields of information technology is seen as an ideal environment for creativity, is an important means to promote and replicate intellectual capital faster, the engine of development, promote democratic development in society and development of human capacity

Olympia was founded in 2010, as an extension of the Dream House Education System Designed by an American architecture firm, Perkins Eastman, Olympia offers modern, world-class facilities on 10,000 square meters of land Our Primary through High School curriculum is based on the U.S educational model and international standards Our mission is to foster the talent, creativity, and intellectual growth of Vietnamese youth Furthermore, we seek to not only impart knowledge, but also to provide practical education and skills-training that will prepare our students for life outside the classroom

Olympia School is also one of business use information technology on management
and teaching program at the school actively There are some applications of information technology at two campuses which are indicated as below:
The school installed a computer system for management jobs in other departments, and computer system for teaching in each class with the number is:
Number of computers for management in the department: 80 pcs
Number of computer is equipped in classrooms: 30 pcs
Number of school computers in the IT room: 60 pcs

Although, Olympia is the one of the new private school was established in Hanoi, but from the first step into the position so far, the Olympia has always focused on the construction staff, teacher’s qualified professional that includes all levels of English and information technology With the selection of the input is 100% employee at the school must have a certificate on the office computer Accounting department, administrative personnel are trained on how to use the software for each job The IT department has 10 people who trained in charge of IT

The Olympia are equipped with the necessary equipment such as ADSL line, optical cable, every employee is equipped with a personal computer and integrated of software for the work of each department

The whole staffs that use computer have beel trained on how to use computer, some softwares for work
2 Weekness
Olympia School is located in the Trung Van an VNPT is monopoly owner about providing ADSL in this area, the school can not choose another supplier,
so speed is relatively slow and often fails
Trang 8 The software is currently used mostly unlicensed software or trial software (except for Accounting software and Attendance software) so the errors usually occur during use
Do not have student management software
Although employees have been trained in basic on IT but still not avoid the error and can not repair by one self
The application of IT and Electronic Commerce at the school are very limited The school has not applied the form of electronic contact book for each student and online marketing activities have not been strengthened
Opportunity
With the trend of the development about will be create many opportunities for applying technology in management activitie sand promote development of business at the school
Beside it, our school has young staff with ability to acquire and familiar with new technologies very quickly
Challenge
Information technology is developing so rapidly so this challenge with the school is to access to new technologies in time to be able to promote the business development and management of the system
The staff in the departments is not trained frequently on information technology
Much software for the management has not been used at the school
