Đây là biện pháp công ty nước ngoài về vấn đề an toàn loa động trên công trường.Việc xây dựng mới hoặc mở rộng, cải tạo cơ sở để sản xuất, sử dụng, bảo quản, lưu giữ và tàng trữ các loại máy, thiết bị, vật tư, các chất có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động, phải có luận chứng về các biện pháp bảo đảm an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động đối với nơi làm việc của người lao động và môi trường xung quanh theo quy định của pháp luật.

regulations, standards and specifications of China as well as related stipulations of countries and regions where CSCEC has been carrying out business operations, combining with China’s construction safety management system and actual situations on site The compilation is done to implement CSCEC’s safety concept of “Life First and Safety First” and realize normalization and standardization of safety facilities on construc-tion sites

I Principles and Requirements of Compilation

1 The compilation is done complying with laws, regulations and standards of the state, based on which, we strive to make it simple, practical, easily kept, well circulated and instrumentalized

2 The compilation, taking full account of geographical differences, has classified the Illustrations into such three parts as Basic Protection, Standard Protection and Upgraded Protection The Basic Protection is the bottom line, followed by the Standard Protection to be popularized and the Upgraded Protection to be recommended The Upgraded Protection is the relevant addition of the Standard Protection

3 The standard or standards of the host countries, if higher than the Illustrations, shall be applied

4 The materials included in the Illustrations for undertaking protections shall have to meet the specifications in terms of rigidity, thickness and side impacting force

5 The Illustrations includes the most basic site protections other than those uncovered protections which shall be done in line with “Illustrated Standards for Safety Protection on Construction Sites of CSCEC’s Projects” (2014 edition)

6 The Illustrations shall be implemented from the date of its issuance

Notes:

1 The opening with the short-edge size smaller than 250mm but bigger than 25mm on the surface of floor slab, roof and

platform shall have to be covered with solid cover plate The cover plate shall be well fixed.

2 For holes on the floor slab surface with the length of sides of 250mm–500mm, holes for installing precast units, and

holes temporarily formed, the cover plates made of bamboo and wood shall be used to cover the holes The cover plate

shall be well balanced and shall undergo rigid positioning.

3 For holes with the length of the sides of 500mm-1500mm, the steel pipe mesh composed of steel pipes and fasteners

shall be prepared with the mesh spacing not bigger than 250mm The scaffold boards shall be fully laid on the top.

4 For holes with the length of the sides over 1500mm: 1) For main structure construction, the #-shaped platform

comprised of steel pipes and fasteners shall be built on the holes The platform shall be laid hard materials (bamboo

springboard or square wood form board) for protection Around the holes install protective railings in double rows (The

lower railing shall be 600mm and under from the ground and the upper railing shall be 1100mm from the ground, with

the upright tube being 1200mm in height.) Outside the railings hung “Beware of Falling down” warning signs 2) For

installation and fitting-out works, protective railings in triple rows shall be installed around the holes (The lower railing

shall be 100mm from the ground, the middle railing 500mm from the ground and the upper railing 1100mm from the

ground, with the upright tube being 1200mm in height.) Safety flat net shall be set down the holes and outside the

railings hung “Beware of Falling down” warning sign 3) The protective railings shall be at least 200mm from the edges

of the holes 4) The railings shall be brushed warning color paint.

5 The cover plate used for the holes with the length of the sides smaller than 500mm shall bear the load of 1KN/m2 For

holes by the vehicle roads, deep ditches, pipeline pits or channels, the cover plates used shall bear the load equaling to

double times and more of the locally rated effective loading capacity of back wheels of trucks.

6 For vertical holes of window sills whose lower edges being under 800mm from the floor slab and ground, temporary

railings with the height of 1.2m shall be added if the side edge head is bigger than 2m.

Notes:

1 The protective door for elevator shaft shall be of welded section steel with the

Notes:

1 The main building entrance shall have safety passageway protective shed made of steel pipes and

fasteners

2 The width and length of the protective shed shall be determined based on the height of buildings

For buildings under 24m, the length of the passageway shall be ≧ 3m, and the width ≧ 2m For

Notes:

1 For the main structure construction at heights, protective measures shall be taken and warning

lights be turned on at night

Notes:

1 The internal face of the scaffolds shall be fully covered with fine mesh safety vertical net

2 The number of shear supports for scaffold crossing the upright tubes shall be as shown in Table 2.1.7

Notes:

1 The one-time overhanging height of scaffolds shall not exceed 20m The section steel of

dual-axisymmetri-cal across-section shall be used for section steel cantilever beams

2 The U-shaped steel bar pull ring or anchor bolt for anchored cantilever beam shall have the diameter not

less than 16mm, preferably cold rolled The gaps between the U-shaped steel bar pull ring, anchor bolt and

Notes:

1 The floor-standing scaffolds shall have wall connecting fittings (tie point), subject to specifications and

calculations The fittings shall be firm and stable and shall not be randomly dismantled

2 The wall connecting fittings of the scaffolds shall be set closer to the main joint, with the deviation being

Notes:

1 For scaffolds lower than 6m, the line-shaped gangway shall be used For scaffolds higher than

6m, the zigzag gangway shall be used The gangway shall be built up to the operation level

Notes:

1 Special plan shall be made and subject to approval based on voltage grade

2 For project under construction, no such activities shall be permitted under external overhead power lines as construction, setting up of operation sheds, ing of living facilities, or stacking of building components, scaffolds, materials and other clutters

build-3 The minimum safety operation distance between the perimeter of buildings under construction (including scaffolds) and the external overhead power lines shall be kept as per Drawing 3.1.2 For the safety distance not complying with the specifications, protective measures shall be taken such as insulation and isola-tion

1 The protective shed for distribution box, being of steel pipe and steel bar grid, shall be

securely installed on concrete bearing platform, and be grounded The powder fire

Notes:

1 The protection shed of the processing plant shall be set up with steel pipe and fasteners

as shown in the drawings

2 The top of the protective shed, in double layers, can be of 50mm wooden board or other

materials with the same strength of 50mm thick wooden board The two layers shall be
