Employees who work for an organization under labor contracts have the rights:
1 To work in an environment with fairness, safety,
hygiene; to request employer to provide and ensure the safe and healthy working conditions
2 To be updated with the latest information about
dangerous and hazardous factors and protective
& preventive measures; to be trained appropriately.
Trang 603 To be allowed to enter into OH&S policies, healthcare programs, occupational health screening andexamination; to be provided with insurance foroccupational accident and illness; to be provided withfull supports if being injured or sick due to work; to bepaid for medical examination, consultation and check-up; to be consulted for health assessment and negativeimpacts on work capability.
4 To request employer to arrange appropriate and suitable job or task when returning to work after a treatment course due to occupational accident or illness.
# 6 EMPLOYEE‘S RIGHTS
Trang 615 To refuse or present to work and still get paid
when noticing harms or risks that may lead to accident or incident but however in this case, employee must report to supervisors or managers without a delay The employees do not return or continue to work unless the workplace has been confirmed to be safe and harms or risks have been eliminated.

3 To immediately report to line management when noticing harms or risks that may lead to accident or incident; to actively participate in giving first aid to injured personnel, recovering or resuming operations after incident in accordance with ERP, CMP or DRP and/or by given orders from employer or local authorities.
