½ cup Spinach or Baby Spinach

½ cup Red Onion, sliced

4 Eggs

½ tablespoon Olive Oil

5 tablespoons Feta Cheese,crumbled

4 tablespoons Cheddar, grated

¼ bunch Chives, minced

Instructions:

1 Combine eggs, salt, pepper and milk

in a hollow dish

2 Slice zucchini, asparagus,

mushrooms and red onion, tear

spinach with hands

3 Heat the non-stick pan, greased witholive oil and put vegetables into it.Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes over mediumheat

4 Cover the baking tin with parchmentpaper Transfer vegetables into it andpour in the egg mixture

EASY SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients:

7 cups Mince of any kind

1 small Onion, diced

1 packet Spring rolls

2 oz Asian noodles

3 cloves Garlic, crushed

1 cup mixed Vegetables

1 tablespoon Sesame oil

2 tablespoons Water

1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Instructions:

1 Prepare the noodles: let them soak inthe hot water When they are softenough, cut them and set aside.

2 Take the wok and grease it with

sesame oil and heat

3 When it is hot, add mince,

vegetables, onion, and garlic Cookover medium-high heat stirring oftenuntil the mince is cooked through Itmay take 3-5 minutes if you are usingwok, and 7-10 minutes if you areusing a regular frying pan

4 Add soy sauce to the prepared mince,and set it aside Stir through the

noodles Leave it and wait for thejuices to be absorbed

5 Take a spring roll sheet, add a strip

4 tablespoons grated Cheese

Sea salt to taste

Chopped fresh herbs and steamedbroccoli (optionally)

1. Preheat the air fryer to 360 F.Set the timer for 5 minutes

2 Meanwhile, break the eggs into abowl, scramble them, adding milk.

3. Take 3 muffin cups and greasethem with a cooking spray Pour theequal amount of egg mixture into each

of them

4 Arrange sliced sausages withbread slices in muffin cups, sinkingthem deeply into the egg and milkmixture Sprinkle it with cheese andadd a bit of salt to taste

5. Put the muffin cups into the airfryer and set the timer for 15-20

minutes, depending on the

consistency you prefer

6 When the meal is done, you mayseason it with fresh herbs and addsteamed broccoli, and/or serve

Ingredients:

1 Zucchini, sliced into semicircles

3 Bell Peppers of different colors,roughly chopped

1 Squash, sliced into semicircles

1 cup Mushrooms, sliced

1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut in halves

1 Red Onion, sliced into semicircles

½ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted andhalved

1 lb Rigatoni Pasta or Penne Rigate,boiled

2+2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

A handful of fresh basil, mincedSea salt and black pepper to taste

3 Put the vegetables into a basketand roast in the air fryer for 12-14minutes, shaking the basket halfway

to a bowl Combine them withcooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, andolives, pouring in balsamic vinegarand the remaining 2 tablespoons ofthe olive oil Toss well

½ cup Plain Flour

4 oz Bread Crumbs

1 ½ lbs Brussels Sprouts, halved

2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour

1 cups Heavy Cream

2 tablespoons prepared Horseradish

½ tablespoon fresh Thyme Leaves

⅛ teaspoon ground Nutmeg

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

½ cup Water

Instructions:

1 Preheat the air fryer to 400 F

2 Cover the Brussels sprouts witholive oil and season it with pepperand salt Cook for 30 minutes,

stirring halfway Remove and setaside

3 Put the bacon into the air fryer

basket Add the water to the drawerbelow in order to catch the grease.Set the timer to 10 minutes and cookstirring 2-3 times throughout theprocess

4 Add shallots and cook for another

14 oz Pizza dough

½ cup Cheese Whiz or any otherjarred cheese sauce, warm

1½ cup grated Cheddar cheese

2 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts,partially frozen

½ Onion, sliced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauceCooking spray or 1 tablespoon Oliveoil

2 cups Chicken Stock, boiling

½ cup Parmesan Cheese or CheddarCheese, grated

1 clove Garlic, minced

¾ cup Arborio rice

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Butter, unsalted

1 Preheat the air fryer to 390 F and

adjust the time to 5 minutes Takeround baking tin, grease it with oiland add stirring the butter, onion, andgarlic When the fryer is hot, adjustthe time to 8 minutes.

2 Place the tin into the air fryer andcook for 4 minutes Then add riceand cook for another 4 minutes Stirthree times during the cooking time

3 Reduce the heat to 320 F and set thetimer to 22 minutes Pour in the

chicken stock and stir gently Do notcover the air fryer and cook for 22minutes as have been set

2 tablespoons grated Parmesancheese

3 Preheat the air fryer to 400 F Takeyour eggplant slices and removeexcess salt Cover both sides of eachslice with the mayonnaise mixtureyou prepared before Then dip andpress the eggplant slices into thebreadcrumbs mixture, covering bothsides
