PLANNING IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT ACTIVITIES

Credibility of the Hanoi People's Committee, the Corporation MAGACO specified project to build new urban areas in a commune in Tu Liem District, Hanoi According

to project documents, the project was officially approved and will begin

implementation from January 15, 2013 and ends on December 31, 2020 The total project budget is 500 trillion The land is mobilized to build new urban areas are mainly agricultural land, residential housing mixed farm of 60 households will be

relocated

Approved project consists of seven work following major components:

1 Compensation, site clearance and leveling;

2 Preparation and the temporary buildings in new urban areas for implementing the project;

3 The basic construction of high-rise buildings, luxury villas, infrastructure such as kindergartens, supermarkets;

4 Construction of the power transmission system from the power station is available

in the district to the construction of new urban areas;

5 Installation of electrical systems, electrical equipment for the construction of new urban areas;

6 Installation of water supply, sanitary installation equipment for apartment buildings, luxury villas, preschool facilities, supermarkets;

7 Build and perfect the system of internal roads new urban areas

To implement the project, the Corporation MAGACO has established the Project Management of 30 staff, engineers have a lot of experience to the organization, leaders deploy the project

You are a member of the Management Board on the project Your tasks is to assist the Project Management Committee building program, detailed work plan for the work

According to the list of class, if you are listed in odd numbers will perform the first task if you are listed in even number will perform the second task Provided that, you will be submitted to the program according to the prescribed schedule, the late

submission will be penalized

The first task: You are in charge of the team made the first component of the project,

namely, "in conjunction with local authorities carry out the clearance, compensation, leveling and standard be the ground for the construction work Time to complete this work is June 20, 2013 " You have to build an action plan to implement this

component based on WBS and Gantt chart tool has been learned

The second task: You are in charge of the project implementation team made four

components of the project is "to build power transmission system from the existing power station in the district on the feet of new urban projects Deadline for completion

of this activity is to hand over the project to the Management Board before June 15,

2015 " You are responsible for the detailed planning of activities to perform specific tasks based on WBS and Gantt chart has been learned

Being responsible as the team leader working on the first phase of the project, specifically “co-operate with local authorities for land clearance, compensation, land preparation (Backfilling) for construction with the deadline on June 20, 2013’’, my detailed action plan is as follows:

Part I: Primary operation of the first task of the project

 The main work of the first task of the project is land clearance, compensation and land preparation This task can be divided into two main activities as “Land clearance and compensation” and “Backfilling”

 Land clearance and compensation consits of 20 categories (detailed table 1)

 Backfilling consist of 09 categories

Site inspection carried out in Tu Liem District where the project will be implemented states that land is mostly farming land with relatively terrain and no ponds or lakes over the area of 200 m2 However, 60 farmer households plotted in the area and need removing
