Tu Liem-Power Construction Company Limited No 1 was founded under theresolution 41/QĐ by PCC1 Chief Executive Officer on November 26th 2012.Department of Ha Noi Planning and Investment granted business registrationcertificate the first time No.0106052368 on December 4th 2012 and first reissued onMay 26th 2014
In April 1984, Line Construction Company and Substation No 1 underElectricity Ministry established Power Construction Team No 3, the unit spent a longtime on developing the Parent company, Power Construction Joint Stock Company
No 1 In 1995, Power Construction Team No 3 developed into a total strength team
of the company, renamed General Power Construction Team No 3 In June 2010,General Power Construction Team No 3 converted into branch No 1.3-PowerConstruction Joint Stock Company No 1 by decision No.14 on June 15th 2010.Branch No 1.3 started operating on December 31st 2012 and January 1st 2013 PCC1started running until now

Through table 2.1, we can see that the business results in 2015 compare with
2014 are deficit Specially, revenues in 2014 and 2015 are 81,550 million VND and78,447 million VND respectively It means that total revenues in 2015 fell to 3,103million VND, equivalent to 96.2% compared to 2014 The reasons are due to the worldeconomic crisis in general and Vietnam in particular having a negative trend,
