06:42 | 15/10/2013 (PetroTimes) - Trường đại học Dầu khí Việt Nam được thành lập ngày 25/11/2010 theo Quyết định số 2157/QĐ-TTg của Thủ tướng Chính phủ, là mô hình trường đại học công lập đặc biệt, do Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam đầu tư và quản lý Sứ mệnh của trường là đào tạo nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao, gắn kết đào tạo với nghiên cứu khoa học và thực tiễn sản xuất kinh doanh của Tập đoàn Trong giai đoạn đầu, PVU sẽ tập trung đào tạo chất lượng cao các chuyên ngành dầu khí và mục tiêu lâu dài của nhà trường sẽ phấn đấu trở thành một cơ sở đào tạo, nghiên cứu khoa học hàng đầu của Việt Nam, tiến tới đạt trình độ khu vực và quốc tế.

Gia tăng hợp tác quốc tế là một trong những kênh hữu hiệu để cập nhật thành quả trí tuệ của nhân loại, là cầu nối để tăng cường ngoại lực nhằm phát huy nội lực của Trường ĐH Dầu khí Việt Nam (PVU) trong lĩnh vực đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học Nhân dịp lễ khai giảng năm học mới 2013-2014, PV Báo điện tử PetroTimes đã trao đổi với PGS.TS Lê Phước Hảo, Hiệu trưởng PVU và đại diện của 3 trong số các nhà tài trợ cho hoạt động của PVU, ông Santosh Raghavan - Giám đốc Intergraph khu vực Đông Nam Á; ông Sujit Kumar - Tổng giám đốc Schlumberger Việt Nam; ông Gavin Towler, Tổng giám đốc phụ trách Công nghệ kiêm Phó chủ tịch Nghiên cứu & Phát triển Honeywell xung quanh vấn đề hợp tác phát triển.

PV: Thưa TS Lê Phước Hảo, xin ông cho biết một số đánh giá về hiệu quả hợp tác quốc tế của

PVU hiện nay?

PGS.TS Lê Phước Hảo: Nhiệm vụ chính của PVU là đào tạo được những sinh viên có đầy đủ

khả năng làm việc cho các công ty dầu khí không chỉ trong nước, trong khu vực mà còn trên thế

giới Đối với một trường đại học mới 3 năm tuổi như PVU, để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ đó, việc chủ động hợp tác và hội nhập quốc tế trong đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học một cách sâu rộng, hiệu quả

là hướng đi rất quan trọng.

Phát huy thế mạnh của một đơn vị trực thuộc Petrovietnam, ngay từ đầu PVU đã hợp tác chặt chẽ với các đơn vị trong ngành như Vietsovpetro, PVEP, PV Drilling, PVMTC… Về hợp tác quốc tế, trong thời gian qua, PVU đã đẩy mạnh hợp tác với không chỉ các trường đại học uy tín trên thế giới (như Tulsa và Texas Tech của Mỹ, Delft của Hà Lan, Gubkin của Nga, Sejong của Hàn Quốc…) mà còn với các công ty dầu khí và dịch vụ kỹ thuật dầu khí nước ngoài (Schlumberger, Intergraph, Honeywell, Noex…) Hệ thống công nghệ, phần mềm và tài chính được tài trợ sẽ giúp giảng viên, sinh viên PVU tiếp cận với công nghệ mới của thế giới trong quá trình dạy và học, thu hẹp được khoảng cách giữa lý thuyết và thực tiễn, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo.

PV: Vậy kết quả tài trợ từ hợp tác được khai thác và sử dụng hiệu quả như thế nào tại PVU,

thưa ông?

PGS.TS Lê Phước Hảo: Hệ thống phần mềm do các đối tác tài trợ đã và đang được khai thác,

sử dụng một cách thuận lợi và hiệu quả nhất Đối với công tác đào tạo sinh viên, chúng tôi đưa nội dung giảng dạy các phần mềm này vào đề cương chi tiết các môn học, biên soạn tài liệu để hướng dẫn sử dụng, phục vụ giảng dạy trực tiếp các môn chuyên ngành; minh họa, mô phỏng cho các môn học khác trong chương trình đào tạo bậc đại học cho 3 chuyên ngành địa chất, địa vật lý dầu khí và kỹ thuật dầu khí Ngoài ra sinh viên sẽ sử dụng các phần mềm trên để thực hiện các đồ án môn học, luận văn tốt nghiệp và nghiên cứu khoa học.

Bên cạnh đó, chúng tôi cũng đã có kế hoạch phối hợp với các đối tác nhằm triển khai đào tạo bồi dưỡng thường xuyên và nâng cao, giúp cán bộ giảng dạy của PVU, kỹ sư của các đơn vị trong ngành Dầu khí và cán bộ các trường đại học khác có thể tiếp cận, sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm tiên tiến phục vụ vào mục đích đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học, đặc biệt là các đề tài khoa học mang tính liên ngành.

Tài trợ về tài chính của các đối tác được sử dụng linh hoạt nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả của hoạt động đào tạo Chương trình đào tạo cao học công trình biển có sự hỗ trợ một phần tài chính của Chính phủ Hà Lan và hỗ trợ về chuyên môn kỹ thuật của Trường ĐH Kỹ thuật Delft sắp được triển khai tại PVU PVU còn cử cán bộ tham dự chương trình đào tạo kèm cặp tại Đại học Tulsa và Đại học Delft, chương trình đào tạo thạc sĩ và tiến sĩ tại Đại học Sejong bằng nguồn học bổng của đối tác nhằm nâng cao trình độ, chuyên môn, ngoại ngữ của giảng viên Quỹ học bổng do Noex, PVFC, PVFCCo và các đơn vị khác cấp được sử dụng để trao học bổng khuyến khích tinh thần học tập cho sinh viên.

PV: Thưa ông Santosh Raghavan, Intergraph không chỉ là một nhà phát triển bản đồ số đơn

thuần, xin cho biết đôi nét về hoạt động công ty hiện nay trên thế giới?

Ông Santosh Raghavan: Intergraph thành lập năm 1969 với tên gọi là M&S Computing Inc.

bởi những kỹ sư từng làm việc của IBM, những người đã cộng tác với NASA và quân đội Mỹ để phát triển các hệ thống ứng dụng kỹ thuật vi tính số vào việc định hướng đầu phóng tên lửa.

Công ty đổi tên thành Công ty Intergraph vào năm 1980.

Intergraph là công ty thành viên của Tập đoàn Công nghệ Hexagon, là nhà cung cấp hàng đầu thế giới về thiết kế, đo lường Intergraph hoạt động trong lĩnh vực: chế xuất, năng lượng và

hàng hải (PP&M); an ninh, chính phủ và hạ tầng (SG&I) Intergraph tạo ra những tấm bản đồ thông minh, quản lý tài sản và cơ sở hạ tầng, xây dựng, vận hành nhà máy và tàu thủy an toàn hơn, cung cấp dịch vụ khẩn cấp đến với những người có nhu cầu Intergraph xây dựng lòng tin của khách hàng bằng sự cam kết tuyệt đối về sự thành công, chuyên môn sâu và truyền thống cải tiến kỹ thuật.

Nhiệm vụ của Intergraph là giúp các chính phủ và doanh nghiệp trên khắp thế giới đưa ra những quyết định nhanh hơn, chuẩn xác hơn Thông qua các dịch vụ và phần mềm tiên tiến, Intergraph cho phép khách hàng tổ chức một lượng thông tin phức tạp khổng lồ thành những mô hình hình ảnh dễ hiểu.

PV: Vậy hợp tác với PVU được Intergraph định

hướng như thế nào, thưa ông?

Ông Santosh Raghavan: Với PVU, chúng tôi

mong muốn tăng cường hơn nữa mối quan hệ đối tác và phối hợp thông qua chương trình hỗ trợ giáo dục nhằm mang lại hiệu quả trực tiếp cho sinh viên Từ năm 2012 đến nay, Intergraph

và PVU đã ký hai thỏa thuận ghi nhớ (MoU) về hợp tác trong lĩnh vực nghiên cứu và đào tạo.

Trong bản thỏa thuận hợp tác ký ngày 18/7/2013 mới đây, Intergraph sẽ cung cấp bản quyền các phần mềm PP&M (Power Plant&Marine), giải pháp ICAS, CADWorx (bộ phần mềm thiết kế

và mô phỏng công trình), CAESAR II (phần mềm tính toán kiểm tra ứng suất đường ống), PV Elite/PV Fabricator (phần mềm tính toán và thiết kế chi tiết cho thiết bị áp lực, thiết bị trao đổi nhiệt) Đây là những phần mềm được sử dụng để tính toán thiết kế trên mô hình mô phỏng 3D cho các công trình nhà máy, cho hệ thống các giàn khoan trong lĩnh vực dầu khí, hóa chất, năng lượng…

Bên cạnh đó, Intergraph và PVU cũng sẽ đẩy mạnh hợp tác trong việc cung cấp các khóa đào tạo phầm mềm chuyên sâu và nâng cao cho các cán bộ kỹ sư trong ngành Dầu khí… Dự định trong tương lai, Intergraph sẽ nghiên cứu tiếp tục tài trợ các phần mềm khác phục vụ việc đào tạo tại PVU, đặc biệt là việc đào tạo Thạc sĩ Công trình Biển.

PV: Thưa ông Sujit Kumar, người trong ngành Dầu khí Việt Nam vốn đã rất quen thuộc với cái

tên Schlumberger trong lĩnh vực công nghệ dầu khí, còn cụ thể về phát triển mảng giáo dục và đào tạo thì sao, thưa ông?

Ông Sujit Kumar: Schlumberger là công ty hàng đầu trên thế giới chuyên cung cấp các sản

phẩm và dịch vụ cho khách hàng trong ngành công nghiệp dầu khí, trong đó có công nghệ và các giải pháp thông tin, quản lý các dự án tích hợp giúp tối ưu hóa hiệu suất khai thác Các sản phẩm và dịch vụ của Schlumberger rất đa dạng, từ thu nhận và xử lý địa chấn, đánh giá thành

hệ, thử vỉa và khoan định hướng đến bơm trám xi măng, khai thác cơ học và hoàn thiện giếng;

tư vấn, phần mềm và quản lý thông tin Công ty hiện có 113.000 nhân viên thuộc 140 quốc tịch khác nhau đang làm việc tại 85 quốc gia.

Trong quá trình hoạt động, Schlumberger đã không ngừng tăng cường hợp tác với các trường đại học trên thế giới thông qua chương trình tài trợ phần mềm Theo chương trình này, Schlumberger sẽ cung cấp các phần mềm do công ty phát triển cho các trường cao đẳng, các viện kỹ thuật và các trường đại học trong nỗ lực tăng cường kiến thức phần mềm về địa chất, địa vật lý và kỹ thuật dầu khí theo tiêu chuẩn công nghiệp, cung cấp các kỹ năng cho sinh viên nhằm giúp họ học tập và ứng dụng tốt hơn trên thực tế.

Schlumberger đã phát triển mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với các trường đại học tại Việt Nam và PVU

là một trong số đó Chúng tôi mong muốn tăng cường hơn nữa mối quan hệ đối tác và phối hợp

thông qua chương trình hỗ trợ giáo dục nhằm mang lại hiệu quả trực tiếp cho sinh viên Chương trình này sẽ giúp sinh viên có khả năng thúc đẩy tiến bộ học tập, từ đó rút ngắn khoảng thời gian giữa học tập và ứng dụng thực tế một cách có hiệu quả nhất.

PV: Được biết năm ngoái, Schlumberger đã ký với

PVU một thỏa thuận tài trợ phần mềm mô phỏng

mỏ rất hiện đại, ông có thể cho biết đôi nét về mục đích của gói tài trợ này?

Ông Sujit Kumar: Năm 2011, PVU và

Schlumberger đã ký Thỏa thuận hợp tác, theo đó Schlumberger tài trợ cho PVU một số phần mềm trị giá 184 nghìn USD Đến năm 2012, Schlumberger

đã xem xét lại và tài trợ toàn bộ phần mềm mà Schlumberger đã phát triển và đang có với tổng trị giá lên đến hơn 10 triệu USD với thời hạn sử dụng

1 năm Tháng 8 vừa qua, khi thỏa thuận tài trợ này hết hạn, Schlumberger đã đồng ý gia hạn thêm 3 năm nữa Hai bên dự định sẽ ký thỏa thuận tài trợ mới vào lễ khai giảng năm học 2013-2014 Trong danh mục các phần mềm tài trợ cho PVU lần này gồm có phần mềm Petrel - nền tảng hỗ trợ minh giải địa chấn, xây dựng mô hình địa chất và thủy động lựa học mỏ; phần mềm Techlog - nền tảng hỗ trợ minh giải tài liệu giếng khoan; phần mềm ECLIPSE mô phỏng thủy động lực học mỏ dầu khí; phần mềm PIPESIM -phân tích hiệu quả mạng lưới khai thác và thiết kế giếng; phần mềm Omega - xử lý tài liệu địa chấn và các Ocean plug-ins tích hợp cho Petrel …

Để tận dụng một các hiệu quả các phần mềm được tài trợ, Schlumberger và PVU đã hợp tác

mở Trung tâm mô hình hóa mỏ PVU - Schlumberger tại PVU và tổ chức nhiều khóa đào tạo phần mềm trong thời gian vừa qua Chúng tôi mong muốn tăng cường hơn nữa mối quan hệ đối tác và phối hợp thông qua chương trình hỗ trợ giáo dục nhằm mang lại hiệu quả trực tiếp cho sinh viên.

PV: Có thể nói, sản phẩm của Honeywell có mặt ở khắp các nhà máy sản xuất công nghiệp của

Việt Nam, xin ông khái quát cơ bản về hoạt động của Honeywell UOP tại đất nước chúng tôi nói chung và ngành Dầu khí nói riêng, thưa ông Gavin Towler?

Ông Gavin Towler: Honeywell là một tập đoàn đa

công nghệ hàng đầu được xếp hạng trong danh sách Fortune 100, cung cấp cho khách hàng toàn cầu các sản phẩm và dịch vụ hàng không vũ trụ, các công nghệ điều khiển cho tòa nhà, nhà riêng và nhiều ngành công nghiệp, turbine tăng áp động cơ

và vật liệu chuyên dụng Honeywell có trụ sở đặt tại Morris Township, tiểu bang New Jersey và cổ phiếu của Honeywell được giao dịch trên các sàn chứng khoán New York, London và Chicago.

Sáng kiến về trách nhiệm cộng đồng của Honeywell hay còn được biết đến là nhóm các hoạt động cộng đồng của Honeywell (Honeywell Hometown Solutions) là nhóm đã đoạt giải thưởng, tập trung vào 5 lĩnh vực quan trọng thiết yếu của cộng đồng trên toàn thế giới: Giáo dục khoa học và toán học;

an toàn và an ninh trong gia đình; nhà ở và nơi cư trú; môi trường sống và bảo tồn; cứu trợ nhân đạo.

Cùng với các tổ chức công và phi lợi nhuận hàng đầu, Honeywell đã phát triển nhiều chương trình lớn giải quyết những nhu cầu cốt lõi của cộng

đồng nơi Honeywell hoạt động.

Ở Việt Nam, Honeywell hoạt động với hai văn phòng tại Hà Nội và thành phố Hồ Chí Minh Bốn nhóm ngành kinh doanh của Honeywell (nhóm hàng không vũ trụ, nhóm các giải pháp điều khiển và tự động hóa, nhóm công nghệ và vật liệu chuyên dụng, nhóm hệ thống giao thông vận tải) cung cấp các công nghệ và dịch vụ cho các thị trường quan trọng từ xăng dầu, tới ôtô và hàng không vũ trụ tại thị trường Việt Nam.

UOP, một công ty con thuộc sở hữu hoàn toàn của Honeywell và là một bộ phận của nhóm công nghệ và vật liệu chuyên dụng, là nhà cung cấp hàng đầu thế giới về các công nghệ quá trình, chất xúc tác và thiết bị cho ngành Dầu khí Hiện nay, công nghệ của chúng tôi được sử dụng để sản xuất hơn 60% sản lượng xăng dầu, 67% sản lượng paraxylene (một tiền tố của polyester) và 85% sản lượng chất tẩy rửa tự hủy sinh học, cũng như xử lý hơn 40% sản lượng khí hóa lỏng tự nhiên trên toàn cầu.

UOP đã thiết lập mối quan hệ đối tác lớn mạnh với Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam (Petrovietnam) hơn 20 năm qua UOP là đơn vị cấp phép công nghệ chính cho Nhà máy Lọc dầu Dung Quất của Petrovietnam, đồng thời chúng tôi cũng hợp tác cùng Petrovietnam để triển khai các chương trình phát triển nghề cho các kỹ sư tại Việt Nam từ năm 2006 UOP cũng là đơn vị cấp phép công nghệ chính cho tổ hợp Lọc hóa dầu Nghi Sơn.

PV: Như vậy, đào tạo nhân lực là một trong những lĩnh vực quan trọng thiết yếu mà Honeywell

đặc biệt quan tâm, vậy với PVU, Honeywell đã và sẽ có những hợp tác cụ thể nào trong tương lai, thưa ông?

Ông Gavin Towler: Đầu năm 2013, chúng tôi đã đưa vào hoạt động Trung tâm đào tạo tự động

hóa và điều khiển quá trình PVU - Honeywell Trung tâm đã và đang góp phần phát triển kỹ năng chuyên ngành cho các kỹ sư trong nước cũng như xây dựng một đội ngũ nhân lực chất lượng cao cho ngành công nghiệp tự động hóa quá trình tại Việt Nam thông qua những sáng kiến đào tạo đa dạng.

Trong năm học 2013-2014, Honeywell UOP sẽ cấp 5 suất học bổng cho sinh viên năm thứ 3 ngành hóa dầu đang học tập tại PVU Trong các năm tiếp theo, Honeywell UOP sẽ cấp 10 suất học bổng cho sinh viên năm thứ 3, 4 và 5, mỗi suất học bổng trị giá 500USD Đặc biệt, đến cuối năm thứ 4, một trong số sinh viên nhận học bổng sẽ được nhận thêm 500USD và được đến trụ

sở chính của UOP ở Des Plaines thực tập trong mùa hè năm thứ 4 và 5, chi phí do UOP tài trợ.

Trong chương trình kết nối đào tạo và phát triển chương trình đào tạo, Honeywell UOP sẽ cử chuyên gia sang PVU giảng dạy 2 tuần đầu năm 2014 Sau khi nghiên cứu chương trình giảng dạy môn hóa dầu, Honeywell UOP sẽ xác định 3 môn học năm thứ hai, 5 môn học năm thứ ba,

11 môn học năm thứ tư và 4 môn học năm thứ năm là những môn học mà Honeywell UOP có tài liệu giảng dạy để cử chuyên gia làm việc cùng giảng viên PVU nhằm phát triển chương trình đào tạo Bên cạnh đó, Honeywell UOP sẽ bố trí các kỹ sư, nhà khoa học và các lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp đến thăm PVU và thuyết trình về các chủ đề có cùng quan tâm chung và sẽ cung cấp quyền truy cập miễn phí vào các phần mềm học thuật của một số phần mềm thương mại của Honeywell.

PVU access to new technologies in the world of teaching and learning process, narrowing the gap

between theory and practice, contributing improve the quality of training

Dr Le Phuoc Hao: System software by the funding partners have been exploited, using a

convenient and effective For the training of students, we offer curriculum of this software on a

detailed outline of the course, compiling documents used to guide, direct service teaching

specialized subjects; illustrative simulation for the other subjects in the curriculum for 3

undergraduate majors geology, petroleum geophysics and petroleum engineering In addition,

students will use the software to make blueprints coursework, dissertation and research
