Nghidn ciiu thanh phan dinh duong cua rong bun (Enteromorpha intestinalis) duoc thuc hien tir thang 3/2011 ddn thang 2/2012 a cac ao quang canh va thuy vuc tu nhien cua tinh Bac Deu va Soc Trang Ket qua cho thay thanh phan sinh hoa cua rong bun thay ddi theo giai doan phat trien, trong do thanh phan dinh duong cua rong non va rong tnrong thanh tuong tu nhau va ca hai co ham luang dinh duong cao hon nhidu
so vai rong gia Them vao do, thanh phan sinh hoa ca ban va axit amin cua rong bun cung duoc xac dinh a cac khoang do man khac nhau (thap nhat, trung binh va cao nhat) cho m6i thuy vuc 6 Soc Trang, mlu rong bun duoc thu a 3 khoang do man gom 1-2 ppt, 5-6 ppt va 10-12 ppt; ket qua cho thay ti le tuoi/kho cua rong bun giam theo su tang do man, nguoc lai ham luong lipit va tro tang theo do man, cac thanh phan khac (protein, xa va hydratcacbon) it thay doi Ham luang tong axit amin cua rong thu a do man 1-2 ppt va 5-6 ppt tuong tu nhau va co gia tri cao hon mlu rong thu a do man 10-12 ppt Doi vai m iu rong bun thu a Bac Deu vai bon khoang do man: 10-12 ppt, 15-17 ppt, 20-22 ppt va 25-27 ppt, ket qua phan tich bieu thi ti le tuoi/kho, ham luong lipit va tro co cung khuynh huong vai miu rong thu a Soc Trang Tuy nhien, ham luang protein thay doi khac nhau, gia tri thap nhat va cao nhat duoc tim thay a do man 15-17 ppt va 25-27 ppt, nhung a khoang do man 10-12 ppt va 20-22 ppt, rong bun co ham luang protein gan nhu nhau, ham luang hydratcacbon giam theo su tang do man Ham luong tong axit amin bieu thj anh huong giong nhu protein Ngoai ra, ham luong protein cua rong bun co moi tuong quan thuan voi ham luang dinh duang trong thuy vuc

Asino et al., 2010) Cac nghien ciru tnroc da tim thaiy

loai, giai doan phat tridn, mua vu va vimg dia ly
(Moss, 1952; Kumar et al., 2007) va bi anh hudng bdi

Sau khi so sanh ket qua phan tich, giai doan
rong bun co gia tri dinh duong tot nhat duoc chon de
phan tich cho cac dot thu mau ke tiep Ket qua thu
duoc cho thay rong non va rong trudng thanh co gia
tri dinh dudng nhu nhau va tot hon co y nghia thong
ke so voi rong gia, do do, rong non va rong trudng
thanh dupe thu chung de tien hanh danh gia thanh
phan dinh duong d cac do man khac nhau

3 KET QUA VA THAO LIMN

Tom lai, thanh phan sinh hoa co ban cua rong
bun d 3 giai doan cho thay hydratcacbon chiim ti le
cao nhat (37,64-52,29%), ke d in la tro (28,0847,53%),
dam (7,93-16,83%), xo (2,69-6,19%) va chiim ti le thap
nhat la lipid (0,71-2,90%) Ham lupng cac thanh phan
sinh hoa cua rong non va rong trudng thanh tuong tu
nhau va ca hai cao hon co y nghia so voi rong gia
3.2.2 Thanh phan axit beo cua rong bun
Thanh phan axit beo cua rong bun theo cac giai

3.2.3 Thanh phan axit amin
Ket qua phan tich axit amin cua rong bun da
phat hien dupe 9 loai axit amin thiet yeu va 8 loai axit
amin khong thiet yeu Ham lupng tong axit amin
thiet yeu (XEAA) thap hon tong axit amin khong
thiet yeu (XNon-EAA) Ddi voi axit amin thiet yeu
(EAA), ham lupng leuxin (0,42-0,82%), threonin
(0,47-0,97%) va valin (0,5%-l,17%) chiem ti le cao trong khi
dd ham lupng methionin chiem thap nhat (0,10
-0,14%) so vdi cac thanh phan khac Ddi vdi axit amin
khong thiet yeu (Non-EAA), ham lupng axit glutamic
(0,53-2,30%) chiem ti le cao nhat, kd den la alanin
(0,61-1,63%) va thap nhat la cystin (0,04-0,14%) Khi
so sanh thdng ke ve thanh phan axit amin cua 3 giai
doan rong, ket qua cho thay ham lupng cua timg loai
axit amin, XEAA XNon-EAA va XAA cua rong non
va rong trudng thanh tuong tu nhau (P>0,05) dupe
tim thay d hau h it cac trudng hpp va ca hai giai doan rong nay cd ham lupng axit amin cao hon co y nghia (P<0,05) so vdi rong gia (Bang 4)
Ket qua trong nghifen cuu nay kha phu hpp vdi nghien ciru cua Moss (1952), tac gia danh gia su thay ddi ve thanh ph in sinh hoa cua rong nau

Theo Qing etal. (2006), rong bun Enteromorpha
linza chira 18 loai axit amin, protein va khoang chat,
cao horn cac loai rong khac (Laminaria japonica,
Porphyra haitanensis, Hizikia fusiform is va Undaria
pinnatifida). Cac axit amin thiet yeu chiem khoang
53% tong axit amin cua rong E linza. Horn nua, rong
bun rat giau cac axit beo thiet yeu khong no nhu LN,
ARA va EPA (Aguilera-Morales et al., 2005)
Shanmugam and Palpandi (2008), bao cao rang rong
Ulva reticulata thu tir Vellar cira song cua An Do, cho
thay rin g rong Ulva co ham luong lipit, dam,
hydratcacbon, nude va cac axit beo tuong ung la 50,
25, 8, 48, 19, 98 va 1,7% khoi luong kho voi cac loai
axit beo dien hinh nhu axit palmitic, axit oleic, axit

INVESTIGATING NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITIONS OF GUT WEED (ENTEROMORPHA INTESTINALIS) IN BRACKISH WATER BODIES FROM BAC UEU AND SOC TRANG PROVINCES

Study on nutritional composition of gut weed (Enteromorpha intestinalis)was conducted from March 2011
to February 2012 at the extensive farms and the abandoned ponds from Bac Lieu and Soc Trang provinces Results showed that the nutritional values of gut weed had variations in different developmental stages, in which the nutritional values of young stage were comparable to or better than the adult one and both were superior to those of the senescent stage Furthermore, the proximate composition and amino acid profiles
of gut weeds were also determined at different salinity ranges (the lowest, intermediate and highest ranges) for each habitat In Soc Trang, gut weed samples at three salinity ranges, namely 1-2 ppt, 5-6 ppt and 10-12 ppt were analyzed, these results exhibited that the wet/dry ratio decreased with increasing of salinity while the total lipid and ash contents increased with salinity, and other components (protein, fiber and carbohydrates) showed slighdy changes For amino acid composition of these samples, total amino acid collected at salinities of 1-2 ppt and 5-6 ppt were similar and both were better than the ones harvested at salinities of 10-12 ppt For gut weed samples recorded from Bac Lieu at four salinities ranging between 10-
12 ppt, 15-17 ppt, 20-22 ppt and 25-27 ppt, analysis results revealed that the wet/dry ratio, total lipid and ash contents followed the same pattern as observed for Soc Trang habitat However, the protein contents of these samples varied in different ways, the lowest and highest protein contents were found in the 15-17 ppt and 25-27 ppt samples, respectively, while protein values in the 10-12 ppt and 20-22 ppt samples were almost equal; the carbohydrate levels reduced with increasing salinity For amino acid profile, showed the identical effects as observed for protein contents Moreover, the protein content of gut weed was positively correlated with nutrient level in the water bodies
