INTRODUCTION

1 The nessesity of the thesis topic

The history of human society in general movement towards progress, each phase motor and social development can follow different trends, but considering the same, are the ladder of social progress (SP)

Social progress is evaluated through human development, the ability to meet the physical needs, the human spirit rising However, in many countries, ethnic groups, not all human needs have been met by the level of economic development, due to the restriction
