I am currently working at a pharmaceutical company, main business line of company is import of medicine products from Asian countries like Korea, Taiwan for wholesale to dealers, hospitals and medical centers throughout Vietnam Appling theory of project management in a typical project that I worked for a better understanding of time and cost management, and increasing the efficiency of project

Project name: gastrointestinal drug product trading project (Ovalgel) in domestic market.
- Objective: To meet fast the demand for product of the market,
wide coverage, with guaranteed quality and reasonable price
- Project duration: Approximately 351 days (January 5, 2007 to May
9, 2008)
- Main scale: product distribution throughout provinces and cities

- Total estimated cost: 32 billion VND (including the Company's own capital of 20 billion and 12 billion borrowed from bank, average exchange rate of VND 16,100/USD

II The importance of project:
Find the source of good quality, competitive price and more timely response than competitors in the market is particularly an important problem, it affects sales, profitability and corporate growth
III Identify and describe role of key personnel working in the project include:
- Head is company director: senior manager throughout the project, who plans the project, negotiates and signs contracts with customers, partners, assign, empower, and urge departments involved in project, monitors to adjust the plan or makes timely decision to address to problems

- Shareholders: capital contributories
- Marketing Department: Research market demand, look for manufacturers and sales agents, marketing, advertising, SWOT analysis of product, manufacturers, distributors
- Finance and accounting department is to plan funds to pay for goods and debt collection to ensure effectiveness and safety of cash flow
- Human resources department is to recruit, train, arrange work consistent with ability of project staff, and project support equipment
- Engineering department: Evaluation of product quality, Legal documentation of products, monitoring and troubleshooting related to licensing records
- Warehouse department: Ensure storage, preservation, shipment with safety
- Sales: to combine with marketing and accounting and finance department to make timely sales, achieve high revenue and debt collection

* Partner client (Client) is:
- Manufacturer, providing input to the project: production and delivery of products as required under contracts signed with the company
- Local distribution agents include retailers and health centers and hospitals: As buyers, pay the company and directly distribute products to consumers, give customer feedback
* Parties concerned (stakeholders):
- Drug Administration (Ministry of Health): licensing import, distribution of products in domestic market
- Drug Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs: licensing export of products
- Bank: Supply missing funds, payment of purchase and sale of company
- Cargo Insurance Agency: To be responsible for insurance of goods in quantity and quality when shipped from the exporter to outlets under contract
- Tax administration agency: to manager corporate tax

- The Management Board has a vision, grasp opportunity, with clear objectives,
leadership and management to staff during development of project, estimates costs, profit , and timely address issues, and understands regional culture
- Human resources department recruited employees of good morals, in accordance with professional and office work setting with reward that increased work spirit, creativity, clear and reasonable assignment of responsibilities
- Relevant departments have completed well job assigned
