I GIỚI THIỆU CHUNG:

1 Môn tiếng Anh trong kỳ thi tuyển sinh ĐÀO TẠO THẠC SĨ tại Đại học

Sư phạm kỹ thuật Vinh được tổ chức theo các văn bản pháp quy sau đây:

- Thông tư số 15/20114/TT-BGDĐT ngày 15/5/2014 của Bộ Giáo dục

& Đào tạo v/v ban hành quy chế về đào tạo trình độ thạc sĩ

- Thông tư số: 01/2014/TT-BGDĐT 24/1/2014 Ban hành Khung năng lực ngoại ngữ 6 bậc dùng cho Việt Nam

- Quyết định số ……/ QĐ- ……… ngày ……… của Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Đại học Sư phạm kỹ thuật Vinh v/v ban hành quy chế về đào tạo trình độ thạc sĩ tại trường Đại học Sư phạm kỹ thuật Vinh

2 Thí sinh tham gia dự tuyển phải có trình độ năng lực tiếng Anh (tối thiểu) ở mức tương đương cấp độ A2+ hoặc bậc 2/6 của Khung Châu Âu Chung (CEFR)

3 Trình độ năng lực tiếng Anh của thí sinh được đánh giá qua hai kỹ năng đọc hiểu và viết

A Ngữ pháp:

1 Modals

- can (ability; requests; permission)

- could (ability; polite requests)

- would (polite requests)

- will (future)

- shall (suggestion; offer)

2 Tenses :

- Present simple: states, habits, systems and processes (and verbs not used in the continuous form)

- Present continuous: present actions

- Present perfect simple: recent past with just, indefinite past with yet, already, never, ever; unfinished past with for and since

- Past simple: past events

- Past continuous: parallel past actions, continuous action interrupted

by the past simple tense

3 Verb forms

Yêu cầu thí sinh nắm vững những kỹ năng đọc hiểu cơ bản như: scanning, skimming và có thể trả lời các câu hỏi dựa trên các đoạn văn ngắn với dạng thức khác nhau như: mô tả (descriptions), tường thuật (narratives), báo cáo (reports), thông báo (notices), thư tín (letters/emails), biểu bảng (charts/ tables/ forms), bài báo (newspaper/ magazine articles) hay các quảng cáo (advertisements

2 Kỹ năng viết

Nắm vững các cấu trúc câu tiếng Anh, ngữ pháp và ngữ cảnh để (i) kết nối các từ và các cụm từ thành một câu và sau đó hợp thành một đoạn văn ngắn; và (ii) diễn đạt một ý kiến, một phát biểu theo một hình thức khác (transformation) nhưng vẫn giữ nguyên ý chính
