“this, that…” about the names of

things

* What’s this/ that?

It’s a table/ chair

*What are these/ those?

They’re tables/ chairs

=> chúng ta dùng “these” thay cho

“this” / “those” thay cho “that” / “are”

thay cho “is”/ “they” thay cho “it”khi

danh từ ở dạng số nhiều (đa số có “s”

ở cuối)

* Note:

a-> an ( before u,e,o,a,i)
