Abstract Nêu lên một số nhận định và dự báo tương lai Tây Tạng, đồng thời Việt

Nam có thể dựa vào chính sách quản lí sắc tộc, tôn giáo của Trung Quốc để rút kinh nghiệm trong việc điều chỉnh chính sách về quản lí tôn giáo và dân tộc thiểu

số hiện nay

Chương 1: TỔNG QUAN VỀ CUỘC ĐỜI ĐỨC ĐẠT LAI LẠT MA XIV

Chương này nêu khái quát về Tây Tạng, về cuộc đời Đức Đạt Lai Lạt Ma XIV – từ thuở lọt lòng cho đến lúc trở thành nhà lãnh đạo đất nước cũng như tinh thần Tây Tạng nhằm giữ gìn và phát huy những giá trị văn hóa, tín ngưỡng thiêng liêng của người dân và những giá trị nào đã hun đúc nên đặc trưng Tây Tạng; và vị trí lãnh đạo thế quyền lẫn thần quyền của Ngài

Chương 2: VAI TRÒ ĐỨC ĐẠT LAI LẠT MA XIV TRONG QUAN HỆ TRUNG QUỐC -

ẤN ĐỘ VÀ ĐỜI SỐNG QUỐC TẾ

Chương này giới thiệu quan điểm của Trung Quốc và Ấn Độ về Ngài qua hình ảnh Tây Tạng Cũng như vai trò lãnh đạo đất nước cũng như đời sống tinh thần của Đức Đạt Lai Lạt Ma XIV đối với Tây Tạng, và ảnh hưởng qua lại, đan xen với nhau giữa Ngài với quan hệ Trung - Ấn từ

sau sự biến lưu vong 1959 đến nay và quan hệ ấy tác động đến chính sách hai nước đại diện mà tác giả chọn là Mỹ, Anh

Chương 3: NHẬN ĐỊNH VÀ DỰ BÁO QUAN HỆ TRUNG - ẤN HẬU ĐẠT LAI LẠT MA XIV

Chương này nêu lên nhận định vấn đề then chốt quan hệ Trung - Ấn Cuối cùng, dựa vào những điểm quan trọng trong chu trình đó để đưa ra nhận định và dự báo một vài vấn đề liên quan trong tương lai, hậu Đạt Lai Lạt Ma
