new thermostatic expansion valve range with fixed orifice,

tailored for OEM customers

Especially made for large commercial air conditioning systems,

the TGE product range offers you a whole new level of

perfor-mance and cost-effectiveness

With TGE the selection of expansion valves is easy It fits all air

conditioning applications and can be customised according to

your specific requirements

Designed with a double diaphragm top part made of stainless

steel

Laser-welded stainless steel power element, bulb and capillary

tube together with laser welded adjustment device reduce

ma-chining, washing and energy and guarantee you a long lifetime

of the valve as well as an environmentally-friendly solution

• Improved lifetime for Heat Pump application (also R 410A )

• New improved MOP (Max Operating Pressure) charge design

• Bi-flow balanced port design for TG 20 and TG 40

• TGE 10 is balanced port design in normal flow direction

• Static Superheat Setting (SSH)

is adjustable

• Reduced Friction to a lower level

• Less risk for charge migration

• Fast and easy to install

• Head pressure independet

• Rated capacities: 13 – 173 kW (R410A)

• Max working pressure: 46 bar

• All standard refrigerants including R410A
