knowledge
about the
conjunctions
in writing
- Divide class into 3 teams
- Ask each team to name as many as expressions/phrases based on 3 different types:
quoting, summing up, making a recommend
- Check their answer
- Play rock, paper, scissor
- Each teams choose the types they want to fill in
Pre-writing

- Ask Ss to rearrange the paragraph (p 158-159) into a report
