from this institution will address the perioperative best
clinical practices in these patients This course will also

Target Audience
This activity is designed for adult cardiologists,
pedia-tricians, neonatologists, pediatric cardiologists, cardiac
surgeons, intensivists, CCU nurses, cardiac nurses,
car-diology fellows, critical care fellows, anesthesiologists,
hospitalists, perfusionists, and other clinicians who are
involved in the care of pediatric and adult congenital
cardiac patients
Learning Objectives
• Gain an understanding of the latest developments and techniques in neonatal, pediatric, and adult congenital cardiac surgery
• Review pediatric and adult congenital heart failure and treatment options
• Learn the different types of mechanical cardiac support devices and how they are used
