Máy phân ly có tháo cặn liên tục:Đó là loại máy phânly - cô đặc kín bằng đĩa có bộ tháo cặn liên tục bằng phương pháp ly tâm và tháo chảy tự do
cấu tử lỏng
Máy phân ly (hình11.7) gồm khung 1 với cơ cấu dẫn động, trống quay 2 với các đĩa và trục, bộ phận chứa chất cô nấm men 4 và đoạn ống để tháo chất lỏng đã xử lý 3
Hiện nay nhiều nước đã sản xuất các máy phân ly để cô nấm men gia súc và các sản phẩm vi sinh khác có năng suất đến 200.000 l/h (loại FEUX)

Cứ một phần dung dịch enzym thô người ta cho 2 đến 2,5 lần cồn hoặc sulfat amon Khi cho chất kết tủa vào dung dich enzym thô, người ta tiến hành khuấy nhẹ, sau đó để yên trong điều kiện nhiệt độ lạnh (thường từ 4-7 0C) theo thời gian
