1 Objectives:

- By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to:

+ Understand about learning the program of English 6

+ Prepare carefully for this subject such as an English book, a workbook, a notebook and

some objects of learning

+ Be interested in learning this subject

- Introduce how to learn English 6

I Warm up (5’ )

- Introduce about yourself

II Presentation ( 25’ )

-Introduce about an English book as well as its programs.

-There are 12 units in an English program connected with 4 main topics.

1 Our Communities

2 Our Heritage

3 Our World

4 Visions of the Future

-There are four skills such as listening, speaking, reading, writing that are mixed in exercises, Ss have to practice all of them in English program class 6.

-Review appears after 3 units is used for Ss to practice grammar, vocabulary as well as

4 skills.

- Each unit has 7 periods:

1 Getting started: Giới thiệu từ vựng và ngữ pháp.

2 A closer look 1: Luyện từ vựng và ngữ âm.

3 A closer look 2: Học ngữ pháp

4 Communication: Thực hành nói tiếng Anh.

5 Skills 1: Luyện kỹ năng đọc, nói

7 Looking back&Project: Luyện tập, củng cố các kiến thức đã học.
