6.2.2 Hieu irng tir giao va vat lieu tir giao

a Hieu ieng tie giao

Multiferroic C o F e ) 0 ^ - P b ( Z r T i ) O j films were prepaied on T i O j - t e r m i n a t e d (001) Nb-doped SrTiO.i substrates by using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) T h e films were epitaxial and exhibited

a large in-plane magnetic anisotropy and good ferroelectric properties A decrease in t h e

magneti-zation around rhe ferroelectric Curie temperature indicated magnetoelectric coupling between the

magnetostrictive and the piezoelectric phases, which allows interconversion of energy stored in the

electric and t h e magnetic fields and provides great potential for applications as next-generation

nmltr-functional devices
