I.Objectives :

After the lesson , Ss will be able to tell about a visit to the dentist They will be used to asking and answering about this topic

Ss get:

- Dentist - To fill - Appointment - To hate

- Drill - To hurt - Cavity - Scared -toothache

2.Grammar :

- The simple present and past tense

- What’s the matter ? = What’s wrong ?

Practice communicative skills in pair

Educate Ss to keep the teeth and mouth clean

- Ask Ss to look at the picture and answer

the question : What’s the matter with

Minh , the boy in the picture ?

- Introduce the lesson: We are going to

listen to a conversation between Hoa and

Minh ,Hoa is telling Minh how she had

her cavity filled last week , then explain

some new words to Ss
