Warm up (2 minutes)

- Let students see the cellphone

and some pictures of the post

-Make a conversation at the post office

Pre- listening (10 minutes)

- Have students listen and repeat

some words in the book then

introduce some difficult new

words in the listening text

Look at the real object and the pictures then listen and answer the teacher’s

questions
