shipments seafood comes directly from Phu Quoc island, vegetables from Da Lat and meat

The Griller SaiGon Restaurant is located in a "prime" location and is one of the bars with the most beautiful river views in SaiGon Perhaps because of this, many famous newspapers around the world have voted this bar as the most worth exploring and relaxing place For Vietnamese diners, this place is not only a place to enjoy delicious food but also the most unique "check in” place The restaurant's location is ideal, on the riverbank and SaiGon Bridge, so there is space inside and outside the river

1 DEFINE OF VALENTINE’S DAY

Valentine’s Day is an annual celebration of love and romance is observed on February 14" It is a day for the whole world to express love and affection to romantic partners, friends and family members

Every time it comes to Valentine’s, people often exchange meaningful gifts such as cards, flowers, chocolates, and some other special gifts Many couples go out on romantic

dates, such as dinners, movie nights, or walks in the parks

Valentine’s Day is not limited to romantic relationships, as it is also an opportunity to show appreciation and love to friends and family members Many people send cards and small gift to their loved ones to express their affection

On the Griller SaiGon Restaurant’s boat, with a romantic atmosphere, luxurious and

rose-filled space under shimmering candlelight through the melodies of Piano, Violin, Guitar, singers perform love songs will be the most memorable memories for Valentine's Day

The Griller SaiGon Restaurant also has a menu for couples who come to the restaurant

in Valentine’s Day Couples can choose to buy a ticket, which has a romantic dinner together, enjoying a special meal and creating memorable memories It is a way to celebrate Valentine’s Day at the Griller SaiGon Restaurant

2.1 Menu of different tickets:

Service time: 6 p.m to 10:15 p.m

Tickets price: 3 600,000 VND to 4,100,000 VND for 2 persons (including a boat tour)

The restaurant has two types of tickets for 50 couples (25 menu 1 tickets and 25 menu 2 tickets), customers can choose according to their dining preferences

Each menu includes: 2 appertizers, 2 drinks, 4 main courses and 2 deserts

2.2 Organize Valentine’s Day

2.2.1 Active

- Welcoming customers and guiding them to the table (reserved or not) for guests to take souvenir photos with 2 characters in love outfits

- Have a dinner on the boat which driving around the river

- Music and dance performances, greetings related to Valentine's Day

- The angel of love directly came to each party table to present fresh flower bouquets and sweet gifts to the couple to represent the wishes of The Griller SaiGon Restaurant

- Guests dine (the restaurant will serve a "love menu” with heart-shaped dessert cakes for 2 people on Valentine's Day)

- At the end of the party, customers leave with greeting cards and gifts from the sincerity of the restaurant

2.2.2 Promotion

- 10% discount on the next time use meal at the restaurant

- Give couples a love gifts

2.2.3 Organization process

On Valentine’s Day, the restaurant will serve love menu to 50 couples who buy the special tickets The following is the timetable of the event organization process:

The Griller SaiGon Restaurant chose social media marketing methods to promote this event Social media marketing is a modern marketing way that uses platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Blog, These platforms helps restaurant to efficiently reach a large number of potential customers, especially through Facebook and Instagram So that, our restaurant also chose the Facebook and Instagram platform to promote to customers
