INTRODUCTION
Education, especially higher education, has a direct connection to sustainable development to some degree Universities must alsotake a more active role in advancing society by incorporating social responsibility into their administration, instruction,
research, services, and public outreach in light of the world’s rapid change
In essence, a variety of functions, including teaching, research, and application transfer, are together referred to as higher education According to a different perspective, higher education provides the fundamental human resources required for
managerrent, planning, design, teaching, and research, acting as a “nurturing system”
for all facets of life Thus, academic knowledge and professional training are the main functions of higher education, allowing graduates to adjust and fit in withthe fast-paced workplace of the world that is changing and accelerating ( According to Truong My Diem 2022)
We conducted an overview of Phenikaa's CSR activities, focusing on sustainable development goals, based on verified information and data to ensure transparency and accuracy This report airs to evaluate Phenikaa's efforts in contributing to economic, social, and environmental development, while also raising awareness among the community and stakeholders about the importance of social responsibility As an independent entity, we provide an objective perspective onthe effectiveness and impact
of these CSR activities and offer constructive recommendations to support Phenikaa in improving and expanding its sustainable initiatives
This report applies the National Standard TCVN ISO 26000: 2013 as a framework for analysis and evaluation of social resporsibility practices

3.1 Labors
Phenikaa University is committed to transparent labor policies that comply with ISO 26000 standarcs, International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, and
Vietnam’s Labor Code With 87.8% of employees on contracts exceeding 24 months,
the university ensures job stability and prohibits discrimination in recruitment, promotion, and reward systems Worren hold 11 out of 62 leadership positions, with an average salary of 23 million VND/month, closely aligned with male counterparts earning 33 million VND/month, adhering to ILO Convention No 111 and Article 8 of the Labor Code
Since 2020, Phenikaa has implemented a “Collective Labor Agreement’, providing
annual salary increases of 5 - 10% and training support during structural adjustments, consistent with Article 42 of the Labor Code The university prioritizes privacy protection, with no recorded violations of personal data confidentiality It fully respects the right to freedom of association, enabling employees to form and join representative organizations to safeguard their rights Accordingtothe 2022 - 2023 annual report, there were no reported cases of dismissal, discrimination, or threats related to exercising this right
