In October 2011, Masan Nutri-Science was established with the name Hoa Kim Ngan One Member Company Limited

In November 2012, Hoa Kim Ngan One Member Company Limited was renamed Sam Kim One Member Company Limited

In July 2014, Sam Kim Company Limited purchased 70% of ANCO's shares

At the end of 2014, Sam Kim Co., Ltd acquired Shika, a company with a 40% stake in Proconco

In March 2016, Masan Nutri-Science Co., Ltd was converted into a joint stock company with the registered name Masan Nutri-Science Joint Stock Company; ANCO successfully auctioned and completed payment for 14% shares in Vissan

In May 2016, Masan Nutri-Science Joint Stock Company increased its direct ownership ratio in

ANCO from 70% to 99.99%,

In June 2016, ANCO increased its ownership ratio of Vissan to 24.94

To ensure the supply of raw materials, Masan currently owns a high-tech pig farm in Nghe An with a scale of 250,000 pigs per year

In addition to this self-sufficient source of pigs, Masan also has long-term contracts until the end

of the year with other suppliers, ensuring the supply of clean pigs that meet the standards of the meat processing complexes MEATDeli Ha Nam and MEATDeli Saigon

At the same time, Masan also flexibly transfers supply from North to South and vice versa MEATDeli's meat processing complexes in Ha Nam and Long An also always strictly implement regulations on COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and strictly comply with the 5K regulations of the Ministry of Health

MML representative said that the most difficult thing today is the problem of staff shortage when implementing the "3 on the spot” principle In addition, transporting goods also faces many difficulties due to the requirement that drivers must have a COVID-19 test certificate to pass through the quarantine checkpoint

We aim to reach 10% of the pork market share

Mr Danny Le, General Director of Masan Group, said that the group will develop a multi-channel platform, providing information, products, services and experiences, pointing out that Masan's growth model is associated with cooperation unifying offline networks and consumers, digitizing and “onlineizing” consumers at offline touch points This helps expand the product and service portfolio to serve consumers

According to Mr Danny Le, the company's strategic growth engine is based on three main pillars including network growth, membership growth and spending market share growth

These three pillars are reinforced by nationwide logistics services to deliver goods to consumers anytime, anywhere, in the most cost-effective manner Artificial intelligence and technology are the foundation to help operate smarter and more automated commercial networks on an increasingly large scale

Therefore, Masan's growth roadmap for the period 2023 - 2025 still focuses on the above three core growth drivers

The first is network growth, capturing modern retail market share and cooperating with traditional retail to serve 30 - 50 million WIN members

Regarding the 2023 plan, Masan expects annual consolidated net revenue to reach 90.000 - 100,000 billion VND, an increase of 18% and 31% respectively compared to 2022 The Crownx (TCX) is still expected to be a growth driver main revenue with a contribution of more than 70%

to net revenue in 2023

Pre-MI core profit after tax (excluding one-time costs), Masan is expected to be between VND 4,000 billion and VND 5,000 billion, achieving a growth rate of 4% to 30% compared to VND 3,852 billion in 2022

Accordingly, TCX is expected to achieve net revenue of about 65,000 - 72,300 billion VND, an increase of 16% - 29% compared to 2022

WCM (network growth) is expected to bring in net revenue of 36,000 billion VND and 40,500 billion VND, an increase of 23% - 38% over the same period The primary driver of this growth

is continued successful new store openings and increased store-level revenue

MCH's net revenue is expected to reach VND 30,500 billion and VND 33,500 billion in 2023 thanks to focusing on R&D efforts, an increase of 15% - 30% compared to the previous year Regarding Masan branded consumer goods, Masan Consumer sets a revenue target of VND 50,000 billion with a 20% operating profit margin by 2025

CHAP V: SALES BUDGET

The 2021 financial results show that Masan MEATLife's 2021 revenue has grown by 17% compared to 2020 across all business segments including animal feed, livestock farms and meat

business

As for our young meat industry, we continue to gain a foothold in the market with revenue growth in 2021 of 88.6% compared to 2020 Continuing the success of expanding operations to the conventional chicken market By contributing 51% capital to 3F VIET Joint Stock Company
