Currently, I have completed the study program for the Sth semester of Center for Research, Training and Foreign Economic Consulting It is very appropriate for students to approach business units for internships The mid-term internship will help students get acquainted with the corporate environment, step by step and apply the professional knowledge they have learned to work Thereby getting students ready for the whirlwind tour of the business world students will get in this mid-term internship course, starting with a quick overview of what businesses do
Now, I am working at Mastershow Education and Communication Joint Stock Company that provides education and skills training services The Mastershow JSC pays special attention to building and implementing business activities related to education and training Developing a business plan requires the application of a lot of knowledge about economics, commerce, finance, law, language, Therefore, the topic of the Mid-term internship report I chose is "The process of building a business plan at Mastershow Education and Communication Joint Stock Company" to give readers an overview of the process of developing a service business plan

Operation management consists of three departments: human resource department, accounting department and administration department
The first, the human resources (HR) function is responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, and supporting employees HR supports all the other functional areas in the enterprise Although managers in other functional areas are usually closely involved with hiring and training the employees in their respective departments, HR usually oversees these processes and supports the other departments as needed The HR department is also charged with making sure the company is in compliance with the many laws conceming employee rights and workplace safety (Business in Action _7th Edition, 2014 p14)
The second, accounting department is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on financial matters, such as analyzing budgets, assessing the manufacturing costs of new products, and preparing state and federal tax returns

Third, the administration department is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies and equipment, organizing files, and ensuring that the office runs efficiently

of goods or services In addition, the sales department is also responsible for increasing the conversion rate of the sales A higher conversion results in a higher profit Sales are a fundamental part between the customers and the product of the company Therefore, attracting and retaining customers is an important task of this department Market analysis and competition monitoring are also goals of the sales department
The Marketing department monitors market trends and identifies consumer needs and wants The team then developed a marketing strategy to create more awareness and purchases by customers In addition, they perform various tasks and activities such as market research, test marketing, advertising, and branding The responsibilities of the marketing department vary between businesses It depends on aspects such as the size of the business, the company’s strategy, and the resources at hand (Marketing Department: Strategy, Mix, and Customer Focus, 2024)

a list of investment cost items, regular operating expenses when implementing business plans and survey the average prices in the market today for these cost items

2.1 Creating a business idea Based on the development orientation of Mastershow JSC., based on the direction of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of the company develops business ideas After one week of research, the General Director presented the business idea to the Board of Directors as follows:

The center will train both theoretical knowledge and practical, hands-on training to ensure that participants are well-prepared for real-world situations The trained skills may include: confidence and clarity in speaking to an audience; ability to engage and interact with the audience; keeping the event on schedule and managing transitions smoothly; building rapport with speakers, performers, and the audience;
basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and technology used during events, etc There are several for developing this business idea

Post-pandemic recovery is strong, with the government aiming to boost tourism numbers The hospitality industry is a critical component of Vietnam's economy, contributing significantly to GDP and employment The sector includes hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other service-oriented businesses So demand for skilled professionals has created There is a noticeable gap in hospitality skills, with many businesses struggling to find adequately trained staff
The second reason, graduates from universities specializing in cultural and artistic studies may have a need to learn hosting skills Simply, they need to develop their career Hosting skills open up many career opportunities in the fields of

Thus, the opportunity to make a profit from this business activity is relatively large Meanwhile, the company has available resources to implement this business idea We have the advantage of subject matter and the reputation of professional MCs
The BOD agreed with the business idea of the General director and assigned the BOD Assistant to coordinate with the General Director to take steps to build a business plan
In addition to the potential to bring profits to the company, MC skills training courses also bring great social values Individuals' ability enhances communication effectively, fostering better understanding and collaboration in various social settings Each student will build confidence in public speaking, encouraging more active participation in civic and public affairs Leadership qualities are also developed , as hosts often need to manage events, coordinate with teams, and make quick decisions Skilled hosts enhance the enjoyment of events, contributing to the overall well-being and happiness of communities Facilitates networking, as hosts often interact with various stakeholders, expanding their and others' social and professional circles
2.2 Researching feasibility 2.2.1 Legality
Considering the business idea of establishing a center training hosting skills
in Ha Noi that is called “MTS center”, the assistant department of the Board of
Directors will conduct an inspection and review of regulations related to this business activity Business activities are about teaching skills, so it is necessary to study the following issues: What is the field of the MTS center? What activities do

14, 2005; the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Education dated November 25, 2009 and the Circular no.04/2014/TT-BGDDT dated February 28,
2014 on introducing regulations on management of life skill educations and extracurricular activities

The MTS center’s activities are a conditional business activity sector Following the Circular no.04/2014/TT-BGDDT dated February 28, 2014 on introducing regulations on management of life skill educations and extracurricular activities, the MTS center is an educational institution and it needs to ensure requirements, conditions as following:
Facilities: There are classrooms and functional rooms with enough light, ensuring school hygiene requirements according to regulations And teaching equipment must ensure safety, be suitable for teaching content, activities and the psychology of the learner's age
Teachers, reporters, coaches: Have good health; Have good moral qualities;
not under disciplinary action from warning or above, not under criminal prosecution; Have a certificate of pedagogical skills; understand the fields of life
skills or related educational activities
Textbooks and documents: Have sufficient textbooks and documents issued
or approved by the Ministry of Education and Training
