Scale: The Gioi Di Dong is a store of mobile phones and technological devices, whilst Vinamilk is a sizable dairy corporation Since MWG Technology uses high technology to manage and run its sales system, including warehouse management systems, order management systems, sales management systems, online stores, etc., it is possible that Vinamilk's management scale is larger than that of MWG Technology application Similar to this, Vinamilk manages its milk production and delivery system using current technology

to which the company has committed Although Green Grocery has tried to maintain the trust of customers, due to repeated mistakes, they have suffered losses in the value of the company in terms of brands and profits In addition, it can be seen that there is a positive change in the way the crisis is resolved—the specific quick resolution method Especially when a business doesn't live up to its promises, it should give customers exactly what they need: an apology and actual action to resolve the issue immediately

4.1 Tolerate
The unstable exchange rate and the difficulties of the epidemic season affected the income of customers, leading to a sharp drop in MWG's share price In the low-risk tolerance, MWG has privately sold 20% of Green Grocery shares to investors or partners around the world, excluding competitors in Vietnam
4,2 Terminate
Due to the variety of goods, MWG cannot avoid responsibility for limitations and errors
in the production line It is recommended that the company choose not to do business with the supplier, screen it, and quickly combine it with another trader to ensure that the product is consistent and that both parties comply with laws and regulations
4.3 Treat
The business had to register a loss throughout the period affected by the global pandemic When the disease is under control, MWG has attempted to expand its product offerings, such as foodstuffs, technologies, and consumer goods, through Green Grocery, TGDD shops, and other outlets in the hopes of increasing profit margins This strategy helps MWG minimize the impact of price fluctuations on its business
4.4, Transfer
When a corporate get facing cash flow issues, damaged items might shift the risk to another party So, if MWG wants to ensure that the product is repaid for any spent costs
or broken facilities, businesses could consider purchasing proper insurance to better deal with and limit risks
