INTRODUCTION
Inordertoservetheimprovementandenhancementofthequalityof
mechanicalproducts,establishingappropriateandeffectivetechnological
processesisamatterofgreatimportance.Furthermore,toensuredesign
requirementsaremet,achievehightechnologicalstandards,andproducewidely
utilizedproducts,establishingsuitabletechnologicalprocessesshouldbegiventop
priority.Designingappropriatetechnologicalprocessesalsohelpsworkersreduce
machiningtime,increaseproductivity,andlowerproductcosts,meetingmarket
demands.Amachinecomponentmayhavemultipledifferenttechnological
processes,andthechosentechnologicalprocessinthisprojecthasbeenselectedto
bethemostrationalwhileensuringrequirementsforquality,cost,andtimeare
met.Allnumericaldataandcalculationshavebeenguidedbyinstructorsfrom
documentedsourcesandthroughexperience.However,asthismachine
