The People's Committee of Quang Ninh province approved the Vinhomes Ocean Park
Ha Long Xanh project and the Ministry of Construction presided and coordinated with
the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture
and Rural Development in appraising the project.
On June 1, 2020, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province signed
a decision to recognize the joint venture of Vingroup - Joint Stock Company and Vinhomes Joint Stock Company to meet the preliminary requirements for capacity and experience to register for the project Green Ha Long urban complex in Quang Yen town and Ha Long city.Later, on mid-September 2020, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested Vingroup to urgently complete the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) dossier of the Ha Long Xanh project worth 10 billion USD to submit to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment The appraisal and approval environment will serve as a basis for reporting to the Prime Minister for decisions on project investment policies The Ministry of Construction presided, and coordinated with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in appraising the project and reporting to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision on investment policies in accordance with regulations of the Government law Finally, on April 1 2021, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung signed
on behalf of the Prime Minister approving the investment policy of Vinhomes Ocean Bank Green HaLong urban complex project in Quang Yen town and Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province
