5 New conclusions of the thesis:

Firstly, synthesis and systematize in focus the basic theoretical issues about

capital, capital resources, capital mobilization on financial leasing market (FLM) of businesses On the basis of selective collection, the thesis confirms the need of capital mobilization on FLM of the business, specifies foundations for making financial leasing decisions, including quantitative and qualitative foundations Since then, the thesis analyzes the influence of the factors on the capital mobilization on FLM of businesses This is a new theoretical contribution of the thesis

Secondly, through surveys and field surveys, combined with the reliable

information source and data, the thesis deeply considers and analyzes the current situation of capital mobilization on FLM of Vietnamese businesses for 5 years period from 2008 to 2012 The thesis mentions all aspects: from the quantity, business scales of financial leasing businesses; value and structure of financial leasing assets; cost, form and term of financial leasing… to meeting conditions of financial leasing , financial leasing contract performance, financial consulting needs and support On the actual basis, there are objective evaluation of results achieved;

at the same time (05) limitations are points out and basic causes identified The content of evaluation is extensive and comprehensive This is a valuable contribution of the thesis on practical aspects

Thirdly, the international experience of capital mobilization on FLM of

businesses (U.S, Japan, China) Financial leasing is a form of new capital mobilization, so that the references and lessons learned is essential with Vietnam businesses

Fourthly, on the basis of practical assessment, the thesis gives important

solutions to promote capital mobilization on FLM for Vietnam businesses, meeting the urgent needs of capital and technology in comprehensive integration trends today The solutions are interpreted under (02) directions: Solutions for the financial leasing businesses; conditional solutions from the State and financial leasing companies The thesis emphasizes, the development of financial leasing must be placed in the development of FLM, which also refers to the direction and development goals of financial leasing market in Vietnam In order to attract more financial leasing businesses solutions need to be implemented synchronically and effectively

Fifthly, propose a number of recommendations to the relevant authorities

(ministries, ministerial-level agencies) as: Finance, Banking, Justice, Transport, Procuracy, Police… to facilitate better implementation of solution system, which can boost capital mobilization in the form of financial leasing for Vietnam businesses in the future
