SUMMARY OF NEW CONCLUSION OF THE THESIS
1 To codify, clarify issues of credit diversification In particular, Ansoff matrix application in the selection and choose the direction of credit diversification Selection criteria for evaluating the results of state management and identify factors affecting the results of the state management on credit diversification
2 To refer to the experience of Asian countries with similar conditions to Vietnam and combine international experience with the specific situation in Vietnam
3 To assess the situation of credit diversification and the state management on credit diversification in HCM City for the period 2006-2012 based on the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, relevance and sustainability
4 To propose solutions to improve the state management on credit diversification of commercial banks in HCM City to 2020, including solutions relating to improve legal framework, solutions on state development orientation, solutions on state regulatory, solutions on inspection and supervision of the state
5 To propose solutions and recommendations that could be successfully applied in practice, particularly the legal framework related to each form of credit in accordance with the Law on Credit Institutions 2010 Therefore, implementation of these solutions will have positive impacts on the state management on credit diversification of commercial banks in the country in general and HCM City in particular
