To achieve successful interview outcomes, I arranged a meeting with Michael Donald, a senior IT technical infrastructure expert at Lazada, a prominent Vietnam-based Gold Partner in cloud computing consulting With extensive experience in enhancing the technological architecture of diverse businesses, Michael shared insights from his professional journey, highlighting his ability to navigate various challenges across industries Below is the interview script with him.

Mr Michael Donald possesses a profound understanding of cloud computing methodologies, highlighting the benefits of cloud-based systems compared to traditional servers He emphasizes speed optimization and server performance, particularly in relation to his work with Lazada, a complex e-commerce platform that leverages cloud computing for its microservices and decentralized architecture Cloud computing plays a crucial role in optimizing hosting and load balancing Additionally, he notes that transitioning to the cloud is cost-effective, as it eliminates the need for upfront investments in IT infrastructure, reducing maintenance and administration costs This shift allows businesses to avoid the expenses associated with owning and operating local servers, enabling them to utilize cloud services almost instantly without the need for expensive hardware or additional staff.

This survey includes nine research questions aimed at examining the attitudes, knowledge, and behaviors of IT professionals regarding cloud-based systems within their companies, teams, or product projects The primary goal is to identify the factors influencing cloud computing adoption Developers from tech companies were selected as participants to provide valuable insights for the study Participation is entirely voluntary, and all responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality Ultimately, this research seeks to explore the elements that impact the adoption of cloud computing.

Over 60 unique respondents participated in the survey, which was designed to ensure randomness in sample data collection Surveys were distributed across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and Quora, to reach a diverse audience from the tech industry.

The survey revealed that 48.2% of respondents were aged between 28 and 40 years, while 35% were in the 18 to 28 age range Additionally, 10% of participants were older than 40 years, with the remaining respondents choosing not to disclose their age.

The majority of respondents fall within the age range of 18 to 40 years, as this group not only dedicates significant time to social media but also represents a common demographic in the technology workforce.

The survey focuses on individuals working in the IT infrastructure field, revealing that 43.3% are experts and researchers, indicating a strong interest in the topic among professionals Additionally, 36.7% of respondents are developers and DevOps specialists, while 20% are business professionals.

This question is aimed at understanding people's habits and tendencies when considering buying a new e- device Responders could choose multiple times because this is a check box answer

A recent survey revealed that 28.8% of respondents are employed in high-tech companies, 25.4% in manufacturing, and 23.7% in retail, highlighting a significant interest in the cloud sector across these industries This trend suggests that many organizations recognize the necessity of migrating to cloud solutions to overcome the limitations of traditional hosting.

The data indicates that participants prefer migrating ERP and Entertainment Services to cloud-based systems, likely due to their financial solutions and lightweight resource requirements, making them well-suited for the cloud Additionally, many other services are also expected to migrate, highlighting a strong trend towards cloud systems in the IT infrastructure field, particularly among experts Companies aim to reduce hosting costs and expenditures, making cloud migration a convenient choice for their projects.

Understanding responders' knowledge of cloud computing is crucial for demonstrating the advantages of cloud-based migration to our CEO.

My partnering tech company has been rapidly advancing its IoT products, Web 2.0, Web 3.0, and various online services to reach wider communities, alongside implementing ERP solutions for internal departments They have made substantial strides in digital transformation by investing in new hardware computing servers and advanced technologies.

The shift towards increased online services and internet-based products has led to negative consequences, including the need for robust machinery and a higher demand for technology manufacturers, engineers, and developers This expansion has resulted in greater waste and energy consumption compared to previous levels.

Industrialization has significantly contributed to pollution and a large carbon footprint To address this issue, we are developing a computer system aimed at reducing carbon emissions and enhancing environmental sustainability A key strategy involves planning and managing a project to migrate server systems to cloud-based computing, which can effectively minimize carbon emissions by reducing reliance on physical hardware Implementing cloud systems in place of traditional computing is a promising solution for a greener future.

☺ Our development teams could streamline and speed up workflows using the technological freedom provided by cloud providers

Obtaining management tools, performance optimizers, and monitoring solutions has become significantly easier Tools such as DataDog and AppDynamics enable effective monitoring of containers and microservices, while rapid debugging can be achieved with tools like Zipkin and Open Tracing.

The presence of various management and monitoring solutions reduces costs linked to maintaining technological infrastructure and services such as server-less hosting Additionally, cloud storage offers easy scalability to meet the evolving needs of businesses.
