From the fifth to sixth week, Mr Phuc instructed us to conduct a trial welcomeceremony for the Consul General of India visiting the Department of External Relations of
An Giang Province Moreover, he asked us to outline an assignment dividing responsibilityfor each member During the period, we received instruction and explanation from Mr Phuc.There were several stages of this task, therefore we usually
mistakes, we started toplay as attendant people in the welcome ceremony, I worked as the Consul General of India
At the same time, Mr Phuc would interrupt right the moments we did wrong or mademistakes so that he could correct us immediately

Trang 161.5 Writing a CV and Trying to get success in an interviewFirst of all, Mr Phuc gave out us write a CV at home and he would correct it when we went to the Department of External Relations for the meeting In this meeting, he showed every CV one by one In addition, he pointed out the strengthsand weaknesses He gave us some advice about many irrelevant aspects that we should not mention in the CV.
In the next stage, he arranged a trial interview for us and he would be an
employer He taught us how to take a seat, and react to others Moreover, he gave some advice about asking proper questions to the employer In general, this is the first time when I experienced such a challenging interview However, in my future, Imay go through many difficult interviews This would be a memorable experience for me
1.6 Reading, comprehending many brilliant books, and gettingmore precious information
Together with a number of books that were sent from the first two weeks, Mr Phuc has been sending several books for five weeks left Honestly, I could not read all books but I will try to read and comprehend as much as I could Moreover, I am going to read all of them in the future That is good for me and necessary for my life.Some iconic books are valuable for everyone that we need to read at least once We can learn about the knowledge, wars, economic strategy In short, those are not only about improving English skills but also about changing lifestyle, becoming a more goal-oriented person

In the third week, gradually we felt familiar with the working environment ofthe Department of External Relations Then, we started to translate some documentsboth Vietnamese to English and English to Vietnamese

at home then, he would correct translations one by one Finally, he taught us if wefind it difficult to translate, we should have an escaping meaning Furthermore, we

During the internship, Mr Phuc shared many life experiences, needed skills,and effective learning methods He taught me how to remember new knowledge orinformation for a long time It is not only about English, but also about a number ofaspects and fields of our lives He introduced many reliable learning sources,especially books and YouTube channels I could not realize how much informationand knowledge that I perceived from him
In the real-life, if we are an interpreter, we will implement some prosper tricks
easy job for everyonethat needs many factors such as knowledge, solving -problem skills, language skills.Therefore, we need to practice harshly to achieve the goal

After choosing the most favorite topic, we were divided into three groups Wewrote a 2000-word summary and complete a PowerPoint presentation We submittedthe summary and presented our prepared PowerPoint In this presentation, we wouldshow all skills of presenting, answering, and everything how to get success in thispresentation In general, we all were doing good Because we went through manypresentations in our studying period of 3.5 years at university, this task was quiteeasy for us However, we will try our best to master this skill
