After spending 4 years in learning in Faculty of Foreign Language at AGU, everystudent has their own certain amount of knowledge in English translation andinterpretation However, there is no environment for students to practice andexchange capital English skills Therefore, 2 months of internship is a veryimportant experience for every last year student Completing an internship canhelp students apply what they had studied but now are applying to a real-worldsetting Because students will be mentored by a seasoned professional duringinternship, they can see what the job is like and gain insight into what a career inthat field entails
Besides, students can gain more experience by completing internship Mostemployers want their interview candidates to have some experience If thecandidates never held a job, the resume may not appeal to many employers.Having an internship on resume gives students a chance to gain the neededexperience and to build their resume
Last but not least, through an internship, students can increase your knowledgeand skills The purpose of an internship is also to help students make usefulconnections The instructor during the internship may become mentors, who canprovide helpful information and who can help guide them After graduationinternship, each student will have the professional skills in their future job
This report will focus on three main parts Firstly, I will introduce ANTESCOcompany and the department where I practice Second, I will describe my content
of work when I practice Finally, I will give conclusions about what I learnedduring this internship and my recommendation to ANTESCO Company and AnGiang University for the next course of students

• ANTESCO has three factories (My An factory, Binh Khanh factory andBinh Long factory) applying the European advanced technology andquality controlled by ISO 22000; SEDEX; BRC FOOD; GLOBAL GAP,
FDA, KOSHER; HALAL;… with the total annual capacity over 20,000tons ANTESCO has been trading with many countries: USA, Canada,
EU, Japan, etc
2 Company’s history landmarks
1975: An Giang Agricultural Materials Company, predecessor: The An Giang
Agricultural Technology Service Company (supplying materials, fertilizer,pesticides, equipment and spare parts of machines used in agriculture)
1986: The An Giang Agricultural Technology Service Company was established
basined on merging 03 agricultural companies in An Giang Province(Agricultural Materials Company, Agricultural Mechanical Sub-Department andPlant Protection Sub-Department) herein after called ANTESCO
1992: The company attained Establishment Decision no 530/QDUB dated 02
November 1992 issued by People’s Committee of An Giang Province, in whichthe company was transferred from stated-owned unit to state company with initial
of VND 7,248,217,000
1994: ANTESCO established the factory of processing agricultural products,
vegetables and food for exporting
1999: ANTESCO expanded its investment continuously to build frozen plants
with modern equipment and on processing lines imported from USA andDenmark in capability of 10,000 tons/year
Trang 92008: The company invested in factory process by-product from peel of
vegetables for pelleting into foodstuff for cattle with initial capability of 2,400tons finished products/year to handle waste from vegetable production andenvironment issues as well
2011: In June 2011, pursuant to Decree no 109/2007/ND-CP dated June 2007 of
the government, The An Giang Agriculture Technology Service Companytransferred officially into An Giang Fruit-Vegetables & Foodstuff Joint StockCompany
2015: ANTESCO invested 7 million USD to build the third frozen plant with the
most modern equipment and processing lines imported from EU with capacity12,000 tons/year
