1 Cách sử dụng Thì tương lai gần và Thì tương lai đơn

Tương lai gần Tương lai đơn

Diễn tả một quyết định ngay tại thời điểm nói

Eg: Oh, I’ve left the door open I will go and

shut it

(Ồ, tôi đã để cửa mở Tôi sẽ đi đóng nó lại.)

Diễn tả một kế hoạch, dự định đã được lên lịch sẵn

Eg: When are you going to go on holiday?

(Bạn định đi nghỉ khi nào?)

Diễn tả lời dự đoán không có căn cứ

Eg: People won’t go to Jupiter before the

22nd century

(Con người sẽ không thể đến Sao Mộc trước

thế kỷ 22.)

Diễn tả một lời dự đoán có căn cứ, bằng chứng cụ thể

Eg: The sky is very black It’s going to rain soon

(Mây đen quá, sắp mưa rồi.)

Diễn tả lời mời, đề nghị

Eg: Will we dance? (Chúng ta khiêu vũ nhé?)

Diễn tả lời hứa hẹn, hi vọng

Eg: I promise I will call you as soon as I

arrive

(Tôi hứa sẽ gọi cho bạn ngay khi tới nơi.)

2 Cấu trúc Thì tương lai gần và Thì tương lai đơn

Tương lai gần Tương lai đơn

Khẳng định (+) S + am/ is/ are + going to + Vinf

Eg: She is going to stuy abroad next year

(Cô ấy định sẽ đi du học vào năm sau.)

S + will + Vinf

Eg: I will go to the cinema with you, I promise

(Tôi hứa tôi sẽ đi xem phim cùng bạn.)

Phủ định (-) S + am/ is/ are + not + going to

+ Vinf

Eg: I am not going to the party with you, I’m too busy

(Mình bận lắm, mình không đén bữa tiệc cùng bạn được đâu.)

S + will not/ won’t + Vinf

Eg: It won’t rain today

(Hôm nay trời sẽ không mưa.)

Nghi vấn (?) (Từ để hỏi) + am/ is/ are + S +

going to + Vinf?

Eg: Where are you going to spend your holiday?

(Bạn định sẽ đi nghỉ ở đâu?)

(Từ để hỏi) + will + S + Vinf?

Eg: Will you be my wife?

(Em sẽ làm vợ anh chứ?)

Các trạng từ thời gian như TLĐ, nhưng

cần dựa và ngữ cảnh và các căn cứ trong
