This International Stand rd specifies the main

requirements, including desig nations, dimensions,

marking s and loa rating s, of the metric series of

cy lindrical and conical b se rub er sol d ty res

primariy intended for industrial machines for use

on prep red sur aces

5 Marking

5.1 General marking

The marking shal consist of the desig nation

specified in clause4

The location of the marking of the sy mbols KM or

KS for conical b se ty res ma be distinct but shal be

in close proximity to the marking of the other

dimensional characteristic

5.2 Ma imum spe d m arking

spe ds shown in Ta le 4, its actual ma imum spe d

shal be marked on the sidewal of the ty re
