I was fortunate to be given the opportunity by the Faculty of English atThuongmai University to experience what it was like to be a trainee at V.C.PVietnam Clean Power Joint Stock Company With the assistance and direction ofthe management team and staff, I was able to complete the internship report after
a month of working here (from 25 December 2022 to 31 January 2023) by puttingthe knowledge I had learned at the university into practice

Table 1.3 shows that the proportion of workers with university and collegedegrees has changed significantly:
- Graduate and postgraduate degrees increase by 2 people (corresponding to
a decrease of 13.33%) in 2021 compared to 2020; 2022 has no change compared
to 2021
- College level: increase by 4 people (corresponding to an increase of 40%) in
2021 compared to 2020; in 2022, there will be a decrease of 1 person(corresponding to a decrease of 7.14%) compared to 2021
- Meanwhile, employees at the intermediate professional level and otherqualifications have generally increased over the past 3 years
It is clear that when V.C.P., JSC enters a period of stable business togetherwith business expansion, there is a strong need for hiring sales staff As a result,the company tends to hire more qualified individuals who have basic sales abilities,instead of necessary those with in-depth knowledge

Despite the significant impact of the Covid 19 epidemic, the data provided inthe analysis above accurately reflects the company's business success in terms ofrevenue, profit, and expenses, all of which have tended to rise over the last threeyears

2021 will expand by VND 3,559,870, or 20.78%, and in 2022, it will increase by VND1,392,920, or 6.73% As a result, the company's revenue is expected to expandbetween 2020 and 2022, with a gradual increase in growth rate This shows thatthe business is moving forward for the organization

2.1.1 Translating
- Unlike other departments, the marketing department uses translation fortwo different purposes: email translation and document translation between twolanguages
- Translating emails related to the description of products, imports, andexports of materials, tools, spare parts, and goods in the sector of renewableenergy, primarily solar power More frequently, the English-Vietnamesetranslation is used Each email is typically two pages long
- We must be responsible for our translations because the administratorwill receive translated documents and thoroughly review them
- Because construction requirements are involved, translating documents
is trickier than translating emails To comprehend and gather data for newlegislation on global trade conditions in import, all documents will be translatedfrom English into Vietnamese Approximately ten to twenty pages long Asinstructed, this assignment must be completed on time
2.1.2 Write and reply to emails and letters from partners
