With the mission of serving, educating and developing the potential ofVietnamese children, Brisky always strives to improve the quality of learning andservices to bring the best values to students and parents

As a unit operating in the field of education and supplying English teachers inthe Vietnamese market, the Brisky brand was present 3 years ago in the market,well received by a large number of parents and students, and is a high-qualityproduct and service that has been chosen by school people and parents for manyyears In addition, Brisky has a strategy to develop human resources to meet theneeds of the market in the context that Vietnam is integrating into the internationaleconomy

Courses at Brisky English Center are designed based on the EuropeanCompetency Framework (CEFR) with Cambridge ESOL exams - the Englishlanguage assessment system approved by the Prime Minister of Vietnam as atraining standard English level in the project "Teaching foreign languages in thenational education system of Vietnam" under Decision 1400/QD-TTg datedSeptember 30, 2008

1.2.2 Products and Services of Brisky English Center.

It would be acknowledged that students are offered a variety of courses tomeet all needs With a smart English program dedicated to children from 3-6 yearsold, they can promote the best language acquisition ability through the 21st centuryteaching model with vivid visual activities, suitable for children Children's agessuch as: learning to sing, playing games, reading stories, doing projects, picnics,acting, through physical activities and other outdoor activities Children will bestandardized in pronunciation, doing get used to the intonations in Englishconversation, practice listening comprehension and response with foreign teachers.This is considered the best way to promote children's English acquisition in thegolden period of language learning

The company's human resources team currently has about 30 people includingVietnamese teachers and foreigners, in which has 25 employees graduated fromuniversity or higher with good knowledge of English Brisky English Centerconsists of four departments implementing different functions Each department hasits own roles, responsibilities and close coordination with other departments toensure all tasks are completed easily, quickly and professionally

The director of the center is the person who directly manages and operates theorganization and apparatus and is responsible before the law and to the superiormanagement agency for all activities of the center He manages the English centerfrom enrollment to sales and marketing People who work as Center Managersthemselves need to understand their work as well as their responsibilities for thecenter

They are responsible for the management of the training program as well asthe quality of the teaching staff, change the method when it is truly necessary toensure the quality of teaching.

The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business andmission of an organization It serves as the face of the company, coordinating andproducing all materials representing the business It is the Marketing Department'sjob to reach out to prospects, customers, investors or the community, while creating

an overarching image that represents your company in a positive light

Sales Department:

Sales department is responsible for making business plans and implementingthem effectively by project, week, month, or special event As a direct contact withcustomers Customers who are interested in the course or are not interested in thecourse, under the talented command and coordination of consultants, customers willchoose the courses that best suit them as well as the level of each They are directlyresponsible for the company's revenue

 HR Department:

The human resources team will ensure that all sections and individuals in thecompany perform the right functions and tasks, achieve efficiency at work, ensurethe recruitment and construction, development and evaluation of a contingent ofparkers according to the company's requirements and strategies Employee relationsmanagers within company HR keep communication channels open betweendepartments and individuals at different operational levels

1.3 Information about Training Department.

Training Department takes responsibility for organizing classes to helplearners advance level skills in informatics and English Brisky English Center'straining room currently has 20 staffs includes of 15 teachers and 5 teachingassistants in from graduates to part-time students They have good knowledge ofEnglish and are trained to become professional staff Responsibilities:

 Responsible for management and coordination of teaching activities andtraining programs

 Developing teaching quality management processes and coordinatingimplementation control.

 Developing test documents, reporting standards, evaluating students'qualifications in each period, ensuring training quality assessment activities willtake place according to the most effective process

 Coordinate with foreign teachers and other departments to organizeextracurricular lessons

 Organize professional meetings, evaluation meetings, planning meetingsrelated to the training room

 Promptly make suggestions or suggestions on training related issues andmarket trends

This is the main department of the center, which are dedicated teachingassistants, who impart motivation and knowledge, helping students to confidentlycome to class and study comfortably This is also the link between staff and parents,responsible for informing students' learning situation
