I was fortunate to have the opportunity to become a trainee at Beautiful Hair company
in my internship period After a month of working here, with the guidance and help ofthe Sales & Marketing team and manager, I had a condition to practice the knowledgelearned at university and complete an internship report I want to send my sincerethanks to the instructor at the Faculty of English - Thuong Mai University and the staff

1.1.1 The process of foundation and development
Beautiful Hair Company Limited, formerly known as the king of hair production,was established on August 9th, 2013 with the predecessor as a long-standing traditionalhair production facility in Vietnam since 1998 With 25 years of experience in the wigindustry, Beautiful Hair has created a solid foundation for itself with an elite staff ofnearly 200 (representative office) people with professional and creative qualifications.and willing to stick with the company Up to now, Beauty Hair is honored and proud to

1.1.5 Human resources of Beautiful Hair
The company's current workforce is 92 in its representative office in Ha Noi Thedistribution of employees in the departments is uneven with most Sales & Marketingstaff and some employees in the accounting, administrative and human resourcesdepartments, which has a minor difference in their functions and roles The quality ofhuman resources is high with the high number of officials and employees who havegraduated from university or higher education Specifically, out of 92 employeesworking in a representative office, have a master's degree, the remaining 78 have auniversity degree Beautiful Hair was set up early so that half of its employees havemany years of working experience and have professional training courses at home andabroad In addition, the young human resources also spent a high percentage

1.1.6 The business result of the company
After 9 years of establishment and development, Beautiful Hair has made manyremarkable developments in terms of facilities, service quality, and human resources.The domestic economic situation has been seriously affected by the COVID-19pandemic in 2020 and 2021 It disrupts the chain of production and business activities.Transportation activities, especially international transport, are turned upside down,directly affecting export companies like Beautiful Hair In particular, the debt situationarose, and the time was longer along with the increase in service revenue, which made
it harder to meet the payment capital requirement in regular service performance.However, the company has focused on consolidating and developing new forms ofproduction and business knowledge to adapt to the pandemic to quickly stabilizebusiness activities, continue to grow and contribute to the GDP of the country As aresult, in 2021, the company continued to be ranked among the top 500 largestcompanies in Vietnam by VNR

1.2 General information about Sale & Marketing Department
A special thing about Beautiful Hair is that the Sales and Marketing departmentswill be combined into one department called Sales & Marketing The company'smanagement has clearly explained the reason for this merger, which is because thecharacteristics of the hair production industry are both sales and marketing staff, inaddition to professional knowledge in sales or marketing, It is necessary to haveknowledge about human hair products such as types, ingredients, production processes,
so merging these two departments will save training time, making employees moremulti-faceted more functional so that they have the opportunity to explore otheraspects of themselves as well as increase their effectiveness at work Therefore, morethan half of the staff of this department are young people fresh out of school, dynamic,eager to learn and love to explore new things

The Sales & Marketing department plays a vital part in the company's businessoperations It takes charge of market inquiry, giving out business tactics, setting upstrategies to draw customers The Sales & Marketing department of Beautiful Hair isalso responsible for building and promoting the company's sales channels as well ascreating product brands in competition with domestic and foreign competitors
1.2.2 The tasks of Sale & Marketing department
The main tasks of Sale & Marketing department also include:
- Developing business and implementing tactics for the company and reportingsales results to the director by week, month, quarter, and year Research and analyzethe market
- Building strategic and tactical marketing plans to improve businessperformance, create products' images
- Creating and developing sales channels on media platforms such as facebook,instagram, website as well as actively promoting the company's brand on theseplatforms
- Planning to group customers monthly, deploying advertising/promotion plansfor significant products, and new ones on the market
- Proposing solutions to build and develop the brand, to maintain and develop thecustomer system, keeping data, customer profiles, and promote the company's image
- Consulting, negotiating and signing contracts with domestic and foreignorganizations, firms and individuals

At Beautiful Hair Co Ltd the senior staff of Beautiful Hair had wholeheartedlyinstructed me to be a good employee of the Sale & Marketing department I also had
my ideas for achieving good outcomes for it, and I considered what I needed to do toincrease my knowledge and abilities in a professional working environment During
my internship, I learned about an export business such as operation, structure, andcharacteristics, among others I also achieved a lot of fresh marketing and salesexpertise and participated in skill training workshops given by the organization I wastrained on how to work, how to connect with people in the firm, and was givenconstructive comments when I completed the tasks, all with the enthusiastic backing of
my supervisor I appreciate it After four weeks of internship, I am convinced that Ihave gained some new knowledge and experiences which improve me so much
