Trang 2First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ton Duc Thang University for bringing Tourism Economics into the curriculum of the second semester of 2021 - 2022 In particular, I would like to express my deep thanks to the lecturer – Mr Nguyen Van Chung for teaching, I have imparted valuable knowledge to you throughout my studies During my time in your class, I have gained more useful knowledge, effective and serious learning spirit, this will definitely be valuable knowledge, a baggage for me to be able to stand up later.
Tourism Economic is an interesting, extremely useful and highly practical subject, ensuring to provide enough knowledge, associated with the practical needs of students However, due to the limited knowledge capital and the ability to absorb reality is still surprising Although I have tried my best, surely the essay can hardly avoid the shortcomings and many places are still inaccurate, I hope you consider and comment to make my essay more complete
Thank you very much!

2.3.1 The current trend of leisure travel of tourists
Today's travel trends, Covid-19 has been and will continue to changetravel habits Many people will avoid crowded tourist destinations in search
of isolated destinations with open spaces Instead of moving many places, travelers tend to choose a destination that converges all the elements for a trip And The Nation is the place that is able to meet these changes.Wellness tourism - The key to phu Quoc tourism development Visitors tend to enjoy this type of resort and wellness tourism to recover and relax And Wellness tourism is a wellness tourism model that combineshealthy - physical and spiritual health, aiming to provide visitors with the most optimal and comprehensive health care services
Phu Quoc will become the leading tourist and resort destination in the region, comparable to Phuket, Bali With the arrival of the new resort complex, Phu Quoc will be even more attractive than "paradise of resort and health care" on the world tourism map
From the point of view of the expert, Dr Nguyen Tri Hieu - a
banking and finance expert said that “Phú Quốc là điểm đến phù hợp để du lịch, nghỉ dưỡng, chăm sóc sức khỏe, nghỉ hưu của giới nhà giàu trong nước cũng như cộng đồng người nước ngoài Mô hình bất động sản second home hướng tới chăm sóc sức khỏe là hướng đi phù hợp, đáp ứng nhu cầu thực của dòng khách cao cấp, cũng như đảm bảo giá trị tài sản bền vững, gia tăng theo thời gian”

Looking at the statistics, the number of tourists coming to Phu Quoc
is increasing steadily, but the Asia-Pacific Tourism Association said that only about 10-40% of international tourists want to return to Vietnam for a second time While in Thailand, this rate is up to 80% The lack of entertainment experiences is one of the main causes At the same time, statistics show that the average spending of international visitors to Vietnam is only about 96 USD per day There should be investment development plans to attract international tourists to Phu Quoc as well as other tourist destinations to develop the tourism economy here
