PREFACE

Nowadays, society develops so quickly, it comes as people are too busy with their work so do not have enough time to take care of their family and housework Therefore, in almost large cities and urban areas, demand for home maids has trend to increase rapidly in both quantity and quality Maid service can be divided in to several categories: hourly, part time or fulltime basic, either from home or from a commercial location

Seeing the potential of this service in market, I have been always seeking for chances to get a more understanding of the maid service in theory as well as in reality, from which I could draw some lessons for my future development

To back up this purpose, I choose to work in HMC House Cleaning Services Development JSC– JupViec.vn, which is one of the largest and most trustworthy companies in this area in Hanoi where I can have a plenty of chances to exposure to this new field from several aspects

So, through the midterm internship period in order to improve the knowledge, compare between theories and practice in business operation, through the time working in Business department and Human resource department in JupViec.vn with the help of employees in these departments who have provided me with generous support and specially the help of Mr Phan Hong Minh, who has given me a lot of consultation and instruction during my internship, I would like to bring the current situation of JupViec.vn as well as my work in there during the internship period The report includes 04 parts:

1.1 Establishment and development of JupViec.vn

HMC House Cleaning Services Development JSC – JupViec.vn was established in December, 2012 by three members namely Phan The Hung, Phan Hong Minh and Duong Quang Anh At the end of the year 2013, Mr Phan The Hung withdrew his capital in order to invest in another field At present, the company is managed by Mr Phan Hong Minh, who is a professional CEO of high calibre with several years of experience in working as Representative Director, Northern Region of Diamond World, Vietnam JupViec.vn is an affiliated company of international corporation HMC (HMC International Group / Vietnam)

JupViec.vn is a service business, focusing on Home Maid Services in Hanoi and

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with criteria "Good, better and best", helps customer to

do housework, save cost and have more time to care for family

Since its establishment in the end of 2012, JupViec.vn has become a well known provider of Home maid services in Hanoi for many families, organizations and state agencies JupViec.vn has involved in all categories of the maid service from total household cleaning, monthly basic to hourly basic

JupViec.vn currently employs a team of about 100 maid-staffs, including full time and part time employees with the number of regular customers is over 600 Additionally, JupViec.vn also has a network of associate partners of aliment providers such as Nong San Ngon, CaBien.vn, Biolife and CIFFOB

At present, the company is planning to expand to retailing sector and providing essential products for Vietnamese families

The company is divided into 3 departments, i.e Business Development, Administrative and Human resource, Accounting and Finance Each one is managed

by one manager, who reports to the managing director, who is responsible for the whole company

Marketing activities and one is in charge of Customer care These two units associate and support each other if necessary
