Trang 26SUMMARY AND PROPOSALS
Trang 27A SUMMARY
I ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
1.1 Management of labor hygiene
- To labor environment: factors exceeded the Standard of Labor Hygiene as following:
1 Lead dust: 100% samples
2 Lead vapor: 60% samples
3 Weight dust: 21.5% samples
4 Noise: 13.9% samples
Trang 28
I ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
1.2 Evaluation of environmental risks
Company should manage well:
receiving the exposure with contaminants at current and
in future
Trang 30II MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH
1 To employees
The reality of illness in 2011:
- Molar and face is highest eyes Otorhinolaryngology
2 Evaluating the health risks
-The rate following of inorganic infection and inorganic lead
infection decreased from 2009 to 2011
=> People who have lead infected symbols need to be treated and stop contacting or change working position.
Trang 31II MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH
3 The control comparison
- Workers who contacted directly (317 people) and indirectly (22 people) with lead vapor
The danger of infection at directed department is very high because they contact with lead vapor and dust weight every day By the time the lead content accumulates in the environment or imbues in their bodies will be increased
Company needs to have nutrition and protection for their workers, and rotates the work for people who may have a high risk for lead infecting
Trang 33Company needs:
1 The technological process should be closed
2 Increase the productivity of sucking of partial stuck system
3 Chemicals should be maintained in closed containers with label in particular area
4 Automate the manufacturing process of chemicals
5 Workers working should have personal protective equipment
PETITION
Trang 346 Workers should be equipped with good comforters suitable to each kind of work and avoid reusing the old comforters
7 Limiting the spreading out lead in living environment surrounding
8 It is forbidden to put food, drink, and cigarettes near the manufacturing areas
9 Having a regimen to improve worker health
10 Pay special attention to prevent and fight fire
PETITION
Trang 35A SOLUTIONS FOR REDUCE ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION.
1 Training and upgrading the employees’ awareness
2 Planning the manufacturing area
3 Measures of technology
4 Managing waste water
5 Managing the solid waste
6 Managing the air pollution

PROPOSE SOLUTIONS
Trang 36B SOLUTIONS FOR MANAGING WORKERS’ HEALTH.
Measures of health
1 Organize to examine in recruitment
2 Periodically health examine
3 People who have signals in infecting lead should
be treated, stopped working and changed their job
Trang 37B SOLUTIONS FOR MANAGING WORKERS’ HEALTH
Individual methods
1.Employees should be equipped to use personal protective equipment
2.Having shower after working
3.Not allowed smoking at work
4.Clean dental hygiene
