After the lesson, Ss will be able to:
- Use the words and phrases related to the topic: Free time activities.
- Develop Ss listening and speaking skills
- Ask and answer questions about what someone does in his/her free time,using
“What do you do in your free time?”

Play a game: Bingo
- Ask the class to give words for their free
time activities and have them play Bingo
with phrases such as play badminton,play
chess,go to the zoo,
+ Get them to make sentences with the
phrases in the game

1 Look, listen and repeat.
- Ask Ss to look at the picture a and answer
the questions:
+ Who are they?
+ Where are they?
+What’s Nam doing?
- Have them look at the book and listen to
the tape
- Play the recording for Ss listen
- Ask them to repeat a few times
- Repeat the procedure with the rest
